青藏高原森林碳儲(chǔ)量定量化研究(英文)

森林碳儲(chǔ)量估測(cè)可以為評(píng)估碳源/碳匯及其空間格局提供定量化信息。青藏高原由于其獨(dú)特的地理、氣候特征,了解其森林在陸地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)碳匯中的作用非常重要。文章提出了一種直觀的、基于GIS數(shù)據(jù)來估測(cè)青藏高原地上森林碳儲(chǔ)量的方法,這種方法結(jié)合了覆蓋3個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)(西藏、云南和四川)250m空間分辨率的MODIS數(shù)據(jù)、氣候數(shù)據(jù)、1km的DEM、1:2 500 000林相圖和1 086個(gè)森林資源清查小班數(shù)據(jù)(NFI)。采用相關(guān)分析和線性診斷方法對(duì)關(guān)鍵變量進(jìn)行選擇,線性回歸模型和對(duì)數(shù)模型用于森林碳儲(chǔ)量模型建立。結(jié)果表明,采用三個(gè)不同模型分別對(duì)地理特征不同的子區(qū)域內(nèi)森林碳儲(chǔ)量的測(cè)算結(jié)果,比使用一般模型對(duì)沒有劃分子區(qū)域的整個(gè)青藏高原森林碳儲(chǔ)量的測(cè)算更準(zhǔn)確。虛擬變量(如層、從DEM提取的植被類型、NFI和青藏高原森林地圖)的融合提高了碳估算模型的性能。同時(shí),線性模型和對(duì)數(shù)模型可決系數(shù)(R2)也分別隨之增大。青藏高原地上森林碳儲(chǔ)量不同子區(qū)域間變化較大,從50 000到250 000 kg/hm2,平均值19 000 kg/hm2,而灌木碳儲(chǔ)量則不及10...
