響應(yīng)面優(yōu)化超聲提取-原子吸收光譜法測(cè)定人發(fā)中鉛的含量

【摘要】:在單因素試驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)Plackett-Burman試驗(yàn)篩選及中心組合設(shè)計(jì)試驗(yàn)優(yōu)化超聲時(shí)間、超聲溫度和混酸用量三個(gè)因素對(duì)超聲輔助提取人發(fā)中鉛的影響。由響應(yīng)面法建立二次回歸模型得到最佳超聲條件為:超聲時(shí)間16 min,超聲溫度56℃,混酸體積6.50 m L。方法的相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)為3.18%。檢出限為0.80μg·L~(-1),定量限為2.7μg·L~(-1)。t檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明超聲提取法和濕消解法之間無(wú)顯著性差異,因此用超聲波輔助-原子吸收光譜法測(cè)定人發(fā)中的鉛方法可行,且超聲提取法耗時(shí)短、試劑用量少。
