河南省秸稈資源能源化潛力與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:中國(guó)目前正處在工業(yè)化、城市化、信息化以及日益卷入全球化的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式粗放、資源環(huán)境問題十分嚴(yán)峻,以化石燃料為主的傳統(tǒng)能源在開發(fā)和生產(chǎn)過程中對(duì)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生不同程度的影響。農(nóng)作物秸稈雖然是農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的副產(chǎn)品,但是作為一種生物質(zhì)能源,秸稈能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展對(duì)于改善農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)生活條件,對(duì)發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì),構(gòu)建資源節(jié)約型社會(huì)都有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。河南省作為我國(guó)糧食主產(chǎn)區(qū),也是全國(guó)秸稈產(chǎn)量最多的地區(qū)之一,但是由于利用不合理,造成大量秸稈資源浪費(fèi)。因此,本文通過使用統(tǒng)計(jì)推斷方法估算出河南省秸稈資源能源化潛力,在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、環(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等理論對(duì)秸稈能源產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行深入研究,分析其中存在的問題,提出解決的方法,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)河南省秸稈能源產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展。文章第一章首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的有關(guān)研究進(jìn)行回顧和評(píng)述;介紹研究方法、技術(shù)路線,本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)與不足以及數(shù)據(jù)的來源情況。第二章主要是介紹研究的理論基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建研究的理論框架。第三章是研究區(qū)域的基本狀況;區(qū)域秸稈資源分布情況和利用的現(xiàn)狀;秸稈資源量的估算,河南省秸稈資源能源化潛力的分析。第四章是河南省秸稈能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究,包括秸稈能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的開發(fā)利用現(xiàn)狀,產(chǎn)業(yè)布局和效益分析,以及產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題。第五章是研究結(jié)論和政策建議。本文得出如下研究結(jié)論:河南省秸稈資源總量較大,分布比較均勻,便于開發(fā)利用。目前農(nóng)村秸稈利用方式主要以還田和直燃為主,利用方式較小,綜合利用效率不高,河南省可能源化利用秸稈資源總量較多,大部分地區(qū)秸稈資源分布比較均勻,秸稈資源密度高,適合發(fā)展秸稈能源產(chǎn)業(yè)。河南省秸稈能源產(chǎn)業(yè)總體布局比較合理,秸稈能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展給當(dāng)?shù)貛?dòng)了當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,在節(jié)約傳統(tǒng)能源,減少污染排放等方面發(fā)揮了積極的作用,也給周邊居民提供了大量的就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì),增加了當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)民的收入。秸稈能源企業(yè)雖然整體發(fā)展勢(shì)頭良好,但是也存一些企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期虧損,企業(yè)研發(fā)能力不強(qiáng),技術(shù)水平低,整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不強(qiáng)等問題。提出了要繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)秸稈禁燒工作,減少直接還田比例,發(fā)展高效的秸稈利用途徑,充分挖掘秸稈能源化潛力。文章提出針對(duì)秸稈能源產(chǎn)業(yè),應(yīng)該增加研發(fā)投入,積極發(fā)展小型能源化設(shè)備,建立有效的秸稈回收體系,增加政策上的支持力度。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in a critical period of industrialization, urbanization, informatization and increasingly involved in globalization. The mode of economic growth is extensive, and the problems of resources and environment are very serious. The traditional energy sources based on fossil fuels have different degrees of impact on the environment in the process of development and production. Although crop straw is a by-product of agricultural production, as a kind of biomass energy, the healthy development of straw energy industry is of great practical significance to improve rural production and living conditions, to develop circular economy and to build a resource-saving society. Henan Province, as the main grain producing area in China, is also one of the areas with the largest straw production in China, but because of unreasonable utilization, a large number of straw resources are wasted. Therefore, this paper estimates the energy potential of straw resources in Henan Province by using statistical inference method. On this basis, the straw energy industry is deeply studied by using circular economics, environmental economics and other theories, the existing problems are analyzed, and the solutions are put forward, so as to promote the healthy development of straw energy industry in Henan Province. In the first chapter, the relevant research at home and abroad is reviewed and reviewed, and the research methods, technical routes, innovation and shortcomings of this paper, as well as the source of data are introduced. The second chapter mainly introduces the theoretical basis of the study and constructs the theoretical framework of the research. The third chapter is the basic situation of the study area, the distribution and utilization of regional straw resources, the estimation of straw resources, and the analysis of energy potential of straw resources in Henan Province. The fourth chapter is the research of straw energy industry in Henan Province, including the development and utilization of straw energy industry, industrial layout and benefit analysis, as well as the existing problems in industrial development. The fifth chapter is the research conclusions and policy recommendations. In this paper, the following conclusions are drawn: the total amount of straw resources in Henan Province is large, the distribution is more uniform, and it is convenient for development and utilization. At present, the main utilization mode of straw in rural areas is return to the field and direct combustion, the utilization mode is small, the comprehensive utilization efficiency is not high, the total amount of straw resources may be used in Henan Province is more, the distribution of straw resources is more uniform, the density of straw resources is high, so it is suitable for the development of straw energy industry. The overall layout of straw energy industry in Henan Province is relatively reasonable. The development of straw energy industry has led to the development of local economy, played an active role in saving traditional energy and reducing pollution emissions, but also provided a large number of employment opportunities for surrounding residents and increased the income of local farmers. Although the overall development momentum of straw energy enterprises is good, there are also some problems, such as long-term loss, weak R & D ability, low technology level, weak overall competitiveness and so on. It is put forward that we should continue to strengthen the prohibition of straw burning, reduce the proportion of direct returning to the field, develop efficient ways of straw utilization, and fully tap the energy potential of straw. In view of straw energy industry, it is necessary to increase R & D investment, actively develop small energy equipment, establish an effective straw recovery system and increase policy support.
