【摘要】：水資源是區(qū)域新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的最重要的資源支撐,開展新型城鎮(zhèn)化的水資源支撐力研究意義重大。以新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展和水資源供應(yīng)作為兩個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)子系統(tǒng),以新型城鎮(zhèn)化內(nèi)涵和水資源供應(yīng)構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的三級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,以復(fù)合系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)度模型作為評(píng)價(jià)方法,以四川省達(dá)州市為例,開展新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)水資源支撐力的評(píng)價(jià)分析。實(shí)證分析結(jié)果表明,復(fù)合系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)度模型能夠從整體上刻畫水資源對(duì)新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的支撐力變化趨勢(shì),但還不能精確刻畫支撐力大小和單一指標(biāo)的支撐貢獻(xiàn)度。從靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)兩個(gè)方面來看,達(dá)州市的水資源對(duì)新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的支撐力都是足夠的,但是個(gè)別年份有波動(dòng),因此需盡量保持水資源系統(tǒng)的平衡。
[Abstract]:Water resources is the most important resource support for the construction of regional new urbanization, and it is of great significance to carry out the research on the water resources support of new urbanization. This paper takes the coordinated development of economy and society and the supply of water resources as two evaluation subsystems, constructs the corresponding three-level evaluation index system with the connotation of new urbanization and the supply of water resources, and takes the coordination degree model of compound system as the evaluation method. Taking Dazhou City, Sichuan Province as an example, the static and dynamic water resources support of new urbanization construction is evaluated and analyzed. The results of empirical analysis show that the model of coordination degree of composite system can describe the trend of water resources' supporting force to the construction of new urbanization, but it can not accurately describe the magnitude of supporting force and the support contribution of a single index. From the static and dynamic aspects, the water resources of Dazhou are sufficient to support the construction of new urbanization, but there are fluctuations in individual years, so it is necessary to keep the balance of water resources system as far as possible.
