【摘要】：針對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)水資源費(fèi)的測(cè)算標(biāo)準(zhǔn)比較粗放、單一的問(wèn)題,在構(gòu)建水資源費(fèi)影響因素體系的基礎(chǔ)上,從水資源費(fèi)的市場(chǎng)、公共、短期、長(zhǎng)期影響因素入手制定差別化的水資源費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并從社會(huì)、可承受能力兩方面運(yùn)用加性加權(quán)法對(duì)水資源費(fèi)進(jìn)行差別化調(diào)整,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了水資源費(fèi)的差別化定價(jià)。結(jié)果表明,該方法合理有效。
[Abstract]:In view of the relatively extensive and single problem of the current domestic water resources fee calculation standard, on the basis of constructing the system of influencing factors of water resources fee, from the market, public and short-term of water resources fee, Starting with the long-term influence factors, the standard of water resources fee is established, and the additive weighting method is used to adjust the water resources fee from two aspects of society and affordability, so as to realize the differential pricing of water resources fee. The results show that the method is reasonable and effective.
