【摘要】：近年來我國旅游事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,隨著旅游資源的開發(fā)進入成熟階段,各利益方矛盾也逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來。公共旅游資源具有公益性質(zhì),但在一些地方,政府和開發(fā)商片面注重經(jīng)濟利益,弱化公眾利益,導致利益分配失衡引發(fā)矛盾。在公共旅游資源開發(fā)管理的背景下,從各方利益相關(guān)者訴求、權(quán)責主體分離、環(huán)境保護系統(tǒng)等視角,探索公平合理利益分配機制的構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the tourism industry of our country has developed vigorously. With the development of tourism resources entering the mature stage, the contradictions among the benefit parties appear gradually. Public tourism resources have the nature of public welfare, but in some places, the government and developers pay attention to the economic interests, weaken the public interests, leading to the imbalance of interest distribution lead to contradictions. Under the background of the development and management of public tourism resources, this paper explores the construction of a fair and reasonable benefit distribution mechanism from the perspectives of the demands of stakeholders, the separation of power and responsibility subjects, and the environmental protection system.
