牛欄江流域水污染特征與水資源保護(hù)對策研究

【摘要】:牛欄江—滇池補水工程是滇池流域及周邊地區(qū)的水資源綜合利用工程,是增加滇池生態(tài)環(huán)境水量,改善滇池水資源質(zhì)量的重要工程,對于保障現(xiàn)代新昆明建設(shè)和云南省經(jīng)濟(jì)社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重大戰(zhàn)略意義。然而近年的監(jiān)測結(jié)果表明,牛欄江流域水資源質(zhì)量有下降趨勢。在以往的研究中曾提出面源污染是主要污染源。通過研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)牛欄江水污染物以總磷(TP)為主,且主要集中在七星橋斷面以上;總磷(TP)污染主要來自于工業(yè)排放。并據(jù)此提出水污染治理的水資源保護(hù)對策。水環(huán)境治理措施和水質(zhì)監(jiān)測結(jié)果驗證了結(jié)果的可靠性。
[Abstract]:Niulanjiang-Dianchi water supply project is a comprehensive utilization project of water resources in Dianchi basin and its surrounding areas. It is an important project to increase the ecological environmental water volume of Dianchi Lake and improve the quality of water resources in Dianchi Lake. It is of great strategic significance to guarantee the construction of modern new Kunming and the sustainable economic and social development of Yunnan Province. However, the monitoring results in recent years show that the quality of water resources in Niulanjiang River basin has a downward trend. In previous studies, it has been suggested that non-point source pollution is the main source of pollution. It is found that the main pollutant in Niulan river is total phosphorus (TP), which is mainly above the section of Qixing Bridge, and the total phosphorus (TP) pollution mainly comes from industrial discharge. According to this, the countermeasures of water resources protection for water pollution control are put forward. The results of water environment treatment and water quality monitoring verify the reliability of the results.
