華北平原地下水資源承載力評價

【摘要】:華北平原地下水嚴(yán)重超采,并帶來一系列資源環(huán)境問題,地下水資源承載力的可持續(xù)性面臨嚴(yán)重挑戰(zhàn)。本研究定義了地下水資源承載力的概念,提出了一種定量評價地下水承載力的新方法,并對華北平原地下水承載力進(jìn)行了評價。結(jié)果表明,華北平原地區(qū)地下水資源支撐的GDP從2003年的15 608.18億元迅速提高到2011年的37 584.9億元,33.3%的地市位于未超采未超載區(qū);華北平原整體及57.2%的地市均位于超采未超載區(qū),已發(fā)生地下水超采,但通過提高用水效率,未來社會經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模仍有發(fā)展空間;9.5%的地市位于超采超載區(qū)。最后探討地下水資源的承載力的提高途徑,主要包括增加地下水資源可利用量和提高用水效率兩方面,其中提高用水效率效果更顯著。
[Abstract]:Groundwater in North China Plain is seriously overexploited and brings about a series of problems of resources and environment. The sustainability of groundwater resources carrying capacity is facing serious challenge. In this paper, the concept of groundwater bearing capacity is defined, and a new method for quantitative evaluation of groundwater bearing capacity is put forward, and the groundwater bearing capacity of North China Plain is evaluated. The results show that the GDP of groundwater resources in North China Plain rapidly increased from 1.560818 trillion yuan in 2003 to 3.75849 trillion yuan or 33.3% in 2011, and the whole North China Plain and 57.2% of the cities are located in unoverloaded areas. Groundwater has been overexploited, but by improving the efficiency of water use, 9.5% of the cities will still be located in the overloaded areas in the future. Finally, the paper discusses the ways to improve the carrying capacity of groundwater resources, mainly including increasing the available quantity of groundwater resources and improving the efficiency of water use, among which the effect of improving the efficiency of water use is more obvious.
