【摘要】：旅游資源是旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的資源基礎,旅游資源開發(fā)是旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的重要一環(huán),當前如何促進旅游資源的可持續(xù)利用引起了業(yè)界廣泛的關注。以往的研究大多從技術的角度來解決旅游資源的可持續(xù)利用,而上梅鎮(zhèn)是一個有著悠久歷史的古鎮(zhèn),開發(fā)其歷史文化底蘊,把其旅游資源價值開發(fā)納入視野來加以審查、調(diào)研,這對于當前上梅鎮(zhèn)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,無疑具有十分重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。本文從傳統(tǒng)文化古鎮(zhèn)一般理論闡述以及對旅游資源開發(fā)調(diào)研入手,以上梅鎮(zhèn)為研究對象,考察其旅游資源并發(fā)現(xiàn)開發(fā)中存在的問題的根源,在此基礎上,結(jié)合上梅鎮(zhèn)的社會文化與經(jīng)濟狀況,對上梅古鎮(zhèn)文化旅游資源開發(fā)的產(chǎn)業(yè)定位、目標市場、開發(fā)方式、開發(fā)原則進行系統(tǒng)的理性探索,以使上梅古鎮(zhèn)的文化旅游資源的開發(fā)呈現(xiàn)出可持續(xù)發(fā)展的良性循環(huán)態(tài)勢。
[Abstract]:Tourism resources is the resource base of tourism development, tourism resources development is an important part of tourism development, how to promote the sustainable use of tourism resources has aroused widespread concern in the industry. Most of the previous studies have solved the sustainable utilization of tourism resources from the technical point of view, and Shangmei Town is an ancient town with a long history. This for the current economic development of Shangmei Town, undoubtedly has very important theoretical and practical significance. This paper begins with the general theory of the traditional cultural town and the research on the development of tourism resources, taking Shangmei Town as the research object, investigates its tourism resources and finds out the root causes of the problems existing in the development, and on this basis, Combining with the social culture and economic situation of Shangmei Town, this paper makes a systematic and rational exploration of the industrial orientation, target market, development mode and development principle of cultural tourism resources in Shangmei Ancient Town. In order to make the development of cultural tourism resources of Shangmei ancient town show a benign cycle of sustainable development.
