【摘要】：城市水資源短缺阻礙了城市社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,必須改變傳統(tǒng)的水資源利用方式,探索城市水資源的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)利用模式,促進(jìn)水資源的重復(fù)利用。依據(jù)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的3R原則,將城市水資源輸入系統(tǒng)的雨水和輸出系統(tǒng)的污水確定為發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的重點(diǎn),對(duì)雨水、生活污水、工業(yè)污水的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)利用模式進(jìn)行具體分析,提出循環(huán)利用的方法及途徑,并對(duì)城市水資源循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式應(yīng)注意的問題進(jìn)行分析,提出相應(yīng)的建議及解決策略,為城市水資源循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)模式的推廣及應(yīng)用提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The shortage of urban water resources has hindered the rapid development of urban social economy. It is necessary to change the traditional water resources utilization mode, explore the mode of recycling economic utilization of urban water resources, and promote the reuse of water resources. According to the 3R principle of circular economy, the Rain Water of urban water resources input system and the sewage of output system are determined as the key points of developing circular economy. The recycling economic utilization mode of Rain Water, domestic sewage and industrial sewage is analyzed in detail. This paper puts forward the methods and approaches of recycling utilization, analyzes the problems that should be paid attention to in the development mode of urban water resources recycling economy, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and solving strategies, which provides a theoretical basis for the promotion and application of the urban water resources recycling economy model.
