【摘要】：與傳統(tǒng)旅游業(yè)相比,生態(tài)旅游更加注重生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量。通過生態(tài)旅游資源評價,能夠更好地保護與合理開發(fā)利用生態(tài)旅游資源。通過野外調(diào)查、專家訪談與層次分析,對公園生態(tài)旅游資源定性評價與定量評價的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合游客體驗ASEB柵格分析,以期從理論和實踐上,為海螺溝國家冰川森林公園生態(tài)旅游資源保護與開發(fā)提出建議與策略。研究結(jié)果如下：(1)海螺溝國家冰川森林公園資源類型齊全、豐度高。依據(jù)國家標準《旅游資源分類、調(diào)查與評價》(GB/T18972-2003)指標體系,對公園內(nèi)157個旅游資源單體進行歸類分析。研究結(jié)果表明：海螺溝國家冰川森林公園生態(tài)旅游資源占有全部主類,比例高達100%；24個亞類,比例達77.42%；61個資源基類,比例達39.35%。(2)海螺溝國家冰川森林公園生態(tài)旅游資源豐富、品質(zhì)高,原生性強,開發(fā)潛力大。運用《旅游資源分類、調(diào)查與評價》(GB/T19972-2003)指標體系,對旅游資源普查中確定的157個資源單體進行定量評價,評出五級資源16個,四級資源35個,三級資源65個,一級和二級資源37個,未獲等級資源4個。結(jié)果表明：海螺溝國家冰川森林公園生態(tài)旅游資源品級高,原生性強。為客觀的反應公園資源情況,在單體評價基礎(chǔ)之上,選取評價因子,運用層次分析法(AHP)確定因子權(quán)重,構(gòu)建適用于海螺溝國家冰川森林公園生態(tài)旅游資源綜合評價體系,得出其生態(tài)旅游資源最終得分為91.5905分,等級為優(yōu)良。(3)通過問卷調(diào)查與現(xiàn)場訪談,了解游客基本情況、旅游行為與游客滿意度。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運用ASEB柵格法分析公園活動、環(huán)境、體驗、利益的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和挑戰(zhàn),可知公園現(xiàn)有旅游產(chǎn)品單一,無法滿足游客個性化和深度體驗需求。公園對旅游資源的開發(fā)力度不夠,未能深入挖掘森林文化、康巴風情、歷史文化等多元化的旅游資源特色。游賞僅停留在走馬觀花式觀光游覽這一較低層面。此外,由于基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)設(shè)施不健全,游客停留時間短,導致旅游直接經(jīng)濟效益不高。(4)提出海螺溝國家冰川森林公園生態(tài)旅游開發(fā)策略。根據(jù)發(fā)展趨勢與需求,本文提出“明確主題定位、烘托品牌形象”,“把握總體布局、完善功能分區(qū)”,“打造項目景點,四片聯(lián)動發(fā)展”,“提升旅游產(chǎn)品、豐富項目活動”,“鎖定目標市場、跟進營銷戰(zhàn)略”五方面開發(fā)策略。(5)提出生態(tài)旅游資源保護建議。本文最后總結(jié)了加強林業(yè)技術(shù)應用、提高基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)設(shè)施生態(tài)兼容性、健全管理運營體制、完善旅游解說系統(tǒng)、推動社區(qū)參與等保護性開發(fā)建議,促進海螺溝國家冰川森林公園可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Compared with traditional tourism, ecotourism pays more attention to ecological environment quality. The evaluation of ecotourism resources can better protect and utilize ecotourism resources. On the basis of field investigation, expert interview and hierarchical analysis, the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of park ecotourism resources, combined with the ASEB grid analysis of tourist experience, is carried out in the hope of theoretically and practically. Suggestions and strategies are put forward for the protection and development of ecotourism resources in Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park. The results are as follows: 1) Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park has a complete range of resources and high abundance. According to the national standard "Classification of Tourism Resources, investigation and Evaluation" (GB / T 18972-2003) index system, 157 tourism resource units in the park were classified and analyzed. The results show that the ecotourism resources of Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park occupy all the main categories, the proportion is as high as 100, the proportion of 24 subgroups is 77.42, the proportion of 61 resource base categories is 61. The proportion of ecological tourism in Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park is rich, high quality, strong originality and great development potential. By using the index system of "Classification of Tourism Resources, investigation and Evaluation" (GB / T19972-2003), 157 resource units identified in the tourism resources survey were quantitatively evaluated, and 16 resources of five grades, 35 resources of four levels and 65 resources of three levels were evaluated. There are 37 primary and secondary resources and 4 ungraded resources. The results show that the ecotourism resources of Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park are of high grade and strong originality. In order to objectively reflect the resources of the park, on the basis of individual evaluation, the evaluation factors were selected, and the weight of the factors was determined by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to establish a comprehensive evaluation system of ecotourism resources suitable for the Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park. The final score of ecotourism resources is 91.5905, and the grade is excellent. 3) through questionnaire survey and field interview, we can find out the basic situation of tourists, tourism behavior and tourist satisfaction. On this basis, using ASEB grid method to analyze park activities, environment, experience, advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges, we can see that the park tourism products are single, can not meet the needs of tourists personalized and in-depth experience. The exploitation of tourism resources in the park is not enough, and it fails to dig into the diversified characteristics of tourism resources, such as forest culture, Kangba customs, history and culture, etc. The tour only stays at the lower level of sightseeing and sightseeing. In addition, because the basic service facilities are not perfect and the tourist stay time is short, the direct economic benefit of tourism is not high. 4) the eco-tourism development strategy of Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park is put forward. According to the development trend and demand, this paper puts forward "defining the theme orientation, setting up the brand image", "grasping the overall layout, perfecting the function partition", "creating the project scenic spot, developing the four pieces of linkage", "promoting the tourism product," Enrich the project activities "," lock in the target market, follow up the marketing strategy "five development strategies. 5) put forward the ecotourism resources protection suggestions. Finally, the paper summarizes the protective development suggestions such as strengthening the application of forestry technology, improving the ecological compatibility of basic services, improving the management and operation system, perfecting the tourism interpretation system, and promoting community participation. Promote sustainable development of Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park.
