【摘要】：耕地資源的安全對確保區(qū)域糧食安全具有重要意義,以1991-2010年河北省耕地資源的相關數(shù)據(jù)為基礎,構建河北省耕地資源安全動態(tài)變化評價指標體系,采用熵權TOPSIS模型對耕地資源安全狀態(tài)進行定量評價,并采用主成分分析法對影響耕地資源安全變化的驅動因子進行計量分析。結果表明:近20年間,河北省耕地資源安全綜合指數(shù)時序變化明顯,介于不安全狀態(tài)和較不安全狀態(tài)之間。其中數(shù)量安全指數(shù)呈先減后增的變化趨勢,質量安全指數(shù)呈明顯的增長趨勢,耕地資源生態(tài)安全指數(shù)呈逐年下降的趨勢。影響河北省耕地資源安全的驅動因素主要是社會經濟因素、人口因素及自然因素。最后,結合河北省的實際情況,提出改善河北省耕地資源安全水平的相關對策建議。
[Abstract]:The security of cultivated land resources is of great significance to ensure regional food security. Based on the relevant data of cultivated land resources in Hebei Province from 1991 to 2010, the evaluation index system of the dynamic change of cultivated land resources security in Hebei Province is constructed. The TOPSIS model of entropy weight was used to quantitatively evaluate the security status of cultivated land resources, and the principal component analysis was used to analyze the driving factors that affect the security of cultivated land resources. The results show that the time series of the comprehensive index of cultivated land resource security in Hebei Province has changed obviously in the past 20 years, which is between the unsafe state and the less safe state. Among them, the quantitative safety index decreased first and then increased, the quality safety index increased obviously, and the ecological security index of cultivated land resources decreased year by year. The main driving factors affecting the safety of cultivated land resources in Hebei Province are socio-economic factors, population factors and natural factors. Finally, according to the actual situation of Hebei Province, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the safety level of cultivated land resources in Hebei Province.
