【摘要】：黨的十八大明確提出要"增強生態(tài)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)能力",加快推進生態(tài)文明建設。在資源約束日趨緊張的現(xiàn)實情境下,社會對于物質(zhì)產(chǎn)品和生態(tài)產(chǎn)品面臨權衡取舍問題,減少物質(zhì)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)消費、技術創(chuàng)新、區(qū)域間生態(tài)產(chǎn)品交易市場的構建是目前增強生態(tài)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)能力的現(xiàn)實路徑。
[Abstract]:The 18th National Congress of the Party clearly proposed to "strengthen the production capacity of ecological products" and speed up the construction of ecological civilization. In the realistic situation of increasingly tight resource constraints, society is faced with trade-offs between material products and ecological products, reducing the production and consumption of material products, and technological innovation. The construction of regional market is the realistic way to enhance the production capacity of ecological products.
