西安市城市化水平與建設(shè)占用耕地資源的時空格局演變研究

【摘要】:城市化是社會和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要組成部分,也是現(xiàn)代化和工業(yè)化發(fā)展的必然趨勢,伴隨著我國城市化的快速發(fā)展,人類對于土地資源的需求也日益增長,導(dǎo)致大量的耕地面積被建設(shè)用地所占用。當(dāng)今社會越來越重視可持續(xù)發(fā)展,我們在迫切發(fā)展的同時也必須考慮到長遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展。所以,城市化的發(fā)展與建設(shè)占用耕地資源之間的關(guān)系已經(jīng)成為了人們研究的重點(diǎn)和熱點(diǎn),解決城市化發(fā)展與耕地資源減少之間的矛盾日益迫切。本文數(shù)據(jù)來源于陜西省和西安市統(tǒng)計(jì)部門1994-2012年的統(tǒng)計(jì)資料,首先利用SPSS軟件分析西安市城市化水平、城市建設(shè)用地和耕地面積之間的相關(guān)性,建立協(xié)調(diào)度模型分析西安市城市化水平和耕地面積之間是否在協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,其次利用灰色系統(tǒng)理論模型分析西安市城市化進(jìn)程中造成耕地面積減少的主要因子及其與耕地面積的具體的關(guān)聯(lián)度,并找出核心驅(qū)動因子,最后利用2003年和2013年這兩年的土地利用圖分析西安市主城區(qū)城市用地的重心轉(zhuǎn)移、各種土地類型的面積及其不同類型土地的轉(zhuǎn)移面積,總結(jié)出以下結(jié)論:(1)西安市的城市化率在1994-2012年間不斷上升,城市化率與城市建設(shè)用地呈顯著正相關(guān),與耕地面積呈現(xiàn)負(fù)相關(guān)的關(guān)系。在西安市這十幾年城市化過程中,城市化率與耕地資源的協(xié)調(diào)度為基本和勉強(qiáng)協(xié)調(diào),耕地面積處在基本和勉強(qiáng)承載范圍內(nèi)。(2)在1994-2012年之間,西安市城市建設(shè)用地的利用程度處于中度利用,處于基本集約利用土地的狀態(tài)。(3)西安市城市化進(jìn)程中的自然社會經(jīng)濟(jì)等因素都與耕地面積的變化有很高的關(guān)聯(lián)度,其中,第二產(chǎn)業(yè)值和城市建設(shè)用地的變化是導(dǎo)致耕地面積變化的核心驅(qū)動因子。(4)通過研究2003-2013年之間西安市主城區(qū)的耕地面積的變化,得出西安市主城區(qū)建設(shè)用地投入的增加是耕地面積減少的主要原因,尤其是主城區(qū)的邊緣有大量的耕地面積流向建設(shè)用地。西安市主城區(qū)的城市用地由中心向四周擴(kuò)展,并且由于灃東新城、滬灞生態(tài)園區(qū)的和其它城市設(shè)施的建設(shè),城市用地的重心在向西北方向發(fā)展。由上述分析可以看出在西安市城市化進(jìn)程中,西安市土地利用和耕地保護(hù)中存在著很多問題,如西安市建設(shè)用地與耕地資源供需矛盾突出、土地集約利用程度不高、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化程度不高等問題,所以我們要提出相應(yīng)的措施,比如嚴(yán)格控制城市人口增長,加強(qiáng)土地的規(guī)劃和管理,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整、構(gòu)建合理的城市體系和城市布局,使城市用地與耕地面積相協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is not only an important part of social and economic development, but also an inevitable trend of modernization and industrialization. With the rapid development of urbanization in China, human demand for land resources is also increasing day by day. As a result, a large amount of cultivated land is occupied by construction land. Nowadays, the society pays more and more attention to sustainable development. We must consider the long-term development while developing urgently. Therefore, the relationship between the development of urbanization and the construction and occupation of cultivated land resources has become the focus and hotspot of people's research, and it is increasingly urgent to solve the contradiction between urbanization development and the reduction of cultivated land resources. The data are from the statistics department of Shaanxi province and Xi'an city from 1994 to 2012. Firstly, using SPSS software to analyze the correlation between urbanization level, urban construction land and cultivated land area in Xi'an city. Establish the coordination degree model to analyze whether the urbanization level and cultivated land area are developing harmoniously in Xi'an. Secondly, the grey system theory model is used to analyze the main factors that cause the decrease of cultivated land area in Xi'an city, and the specific correlation degree between it and cultivated land area, and find out the core driving factor. Finally, using the land use maps of 2003 and 2013 to analyze the center of gravity of the urban land in Xi'an, the area of various land types and the transfer area of different types of land. The following conclusions are drawn: (1) the urbanization rate of Xi'an has been increasing from 1994 to 2012. The urbanization rate is positively correlated with urban construction land and negatively correlated with cultivated land area. In the urbanization process of Xi'an in the past ten years, the degree of coordination between urbanization rate and cultivated land resources is basic and barely coordinated, and the cultivated land area is within the basic and barely bearing range. The degree of utilization of urban construction land in Xi'an is in moderate utilization, and in the state of basic intensive use of land.) the natural, social and economic factors in the urbanization process of Xi'an have a high correlation with the change of cultivated land area, among which, The value of secondary industry and the change of urban construction land are the core driving factors leading to the change of cultivated land area. It is concluded that the increase of construction land input in Xi'an is the main reason for the decrease of cultivated land area, especially a large amount of cultivated land flow to construction land on the edge of main urban area. Due to the construction of Fengdong New Town, Huba Ecological Park and other urban facilities, the center of gravity of urban land is developing northwestward. From the above analysis, we can see that in the process of urbanization in Xi'an, there are many problems in land use and cultivated land protection in Xi'an, such as the contradiction between supply and demand of construction land and cultivated land resources in Xi'an is prominent, and the degree of intensive land use is not high. Since the degree of industrial structure optimization is not high, we should put forward corresponding measures, such as strictly controlling urban population growth, strengthening the planning and management of land, promoting the adjustment of industrial structure, and constructing a reasonable urban system and urban layout. Make urban land and cultivated land area harmonious development.
