基于WEAP模型的董志塬水資源合理利用研究

【摘要】:以董志塬為研究區(qū),依據(jù)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟社會狀況及發(fā)展規(guī)劃計算水資源需量。選用影響該區(qū)水資源供給及利用的三個主要因素(開源、推行節(jié)水措施和縮減地下水開采)構(gòu)造8種水資源配置預(yù)案,基于WEAP模型預(yù)測董志塬三個規(guī)劃年的水資源供需狀況并進行最佳預(yù)案遴選。結(jié)果表明:8種配置預(yù)案在不同年份供需關(guān)系差異較大;考慮臺塬區(qū)地下水系統(tǒng)健康的減采措施的最佳預(yù)案下,2015年(縮減開采)和2020年(縮減開采+節(jié)水措施)水資源供需基本達到平衡,2030年(縮減開采+節(jié)水措施+基于立地便利的開源)董志塬總體處于缺水狀態(tài),供水缺口為1 482萬m3?梢,經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展背景下,水資源利用結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變,水資源稀缺地區(qū)水資源配置的思路也應(yīng)該作出相應(yīng)的調(diào)整。從長遠來看,積極尋求外調(diào)水源是實現(xiàn)黃土臺塬區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的唯一途徑。
[Abstract]:Taking Dong Zhiyuan as the research area, the water resource demand is calculated according to the regional economic and social conditions and the development plan. Eight kinds of water resources allocation plans are selected to influence the supply and utilization of water resources in this area (open source, water saving measures and groundwater exploitation reduction). Based on WEAP model, the supply and demand of water resources in three planning years were predicted and the best plan was selected. The results show that the supply and demand relationships of 8 kinds of disposition plans vary greatly in different years. Considering the best plan of reducing mining measures for groundwater system health in Taiyuan area, the supply and demand of water resources are basically balanced in 2015 (to reduce exploitation) and 2020 (to reduce water saving measures), and 2030 (to reduce the basis of mining and water saving measures). Dong Zhiyuan is in a state of water shortage in general. The water supply gap is 14.82 million m3. It can be seen that under the background of economic and social development, the structure of water resources utilization has changed, and the thinking of water resources allocation in water scarce areas should be adjusted accordingly. In the long run, it is the only way to realize the sustainable development of Loess tableland region.
