句容市鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源整合模式研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今,隨著生活水平提高和健康生活越來(lái)越受到重視,鄉(xiāng)村旅游作為于健康、休閑、生態(tài)為一體的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè),受到越來(lái)越多人青睞,使得鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展迅速,從單一形式逐步發(fā)展到多元化、多模式整合鄉(xiāng)村旅游模式,成為旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展新的增長(zhǎng)極。本文以句容鄉(xiāng)村旅游為依據(jù),在總結(jié)鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展的歷程和各種模式的基礎(chǔ)上,探討句容市鄉(xiāng)村旅游市場(chǎng)前景,通過(guò)比較句容的旅游資源稟賦,包括自然資源和人文資源等等分析出句容發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游的影響因子,通過(guò)對(duì)旅游目的地的供給和游客市場(chǎng)的需求分析,得出發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游要更多的引進(jìn)體驗(yàn)式、互動(dòng)式、休閑式等時(shí)代潮流的因子。在分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文通過(guò)SWOT分析模式就句容鄉(xiāng)村旅游優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析,并指出了句容鄉(xiāng)村旅游存在的問(wèn)題和原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)句容鄉(xiāng)村旅游未來(lái)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供了整體的思路、目標(biāo)定位和理念。從而提出了句容鄉(xiāng)村旅游市場(chǎng)的定位、品牌的打出、以及服務(wù)營(yíng)銷模式。在充分分析和發(fā)展策略的基礎(chǔ)上,提出本文對(duì)句容市鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展的整體思路,通過(guò)資源整合,以及組織模式和開(kāi)發(fā)模式相結(jié)合,提出了發(fā)展句容鄉(xiāng)村旅游的四種模式:突出“特”字,打造宗教民俗文化鄉(xiāng)村旅游基地,突出“閑”字,打造句容鄉(xiāng)村休閑度假旅游,突出“綠”字,打造鄉(xiāng)村綠色生態(tài)旅游集基地,突出“農(nóng)”字,打造鄉(xiāng)村農(nóng)家美食城等模式。在模式探討中,注重傳承文化、鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)民俗和農(nóng)家休閑結(jié)合,體驗(yàn)式農(nóng)莊、互動(dòng)式采摘和農(nóng)業(yè)科普結(jié)合,休閑度假和現(xiàn)代商務(wù)結(jié)合,農(nóng)家產(chǎn)品和農(nóng)家特色小吃組合。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步分析了如何通過(guò)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷促進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展,提高句容鄉(xiāng)村旅游的知名度和吸引力,也為鄉(xiāng)村旅游成為句容重要產(chǎn)業(yè)提供保障,同時(shí),從政府支持層面分析了,政府在鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展中的作用和給予的支持,為鄉(xiāng)村旅游自身做強(qiáng)做大做精提供堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的后盾?傮w來(lái)說(shuō),本文研究的重點(diǎn)是通過(guò)把握鄉(xiāng)村旅游現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展的整體特征和游客的消費(fèi)水平,結(jié)合句容發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從資源整合理論和動(dòng)力機(jī)制理論等角度來(lái)促進(jìn)句容鄉(xiāng)村旅游進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the improvement of living standards and the increasing attention to healthy living, rural tourism, as a tourism industry integrating health, leisure and ecology, is favored by more and more people, which makes rural tourism develop rapidly. From a single form to a diversified, multi-mode integration of rural tourism model, the tourism industry has become a new growth pole. Based on the development of rural tourism in Jurong, this paper discusses the prospects of rural tourism market in Jurong city, and compares the natural endowment of tourism resources in Jurong city, on the basis of summing up the development process and various models of rural tourism. Including natural resources and human resources and so on, this paper analyzes the factors that influence the development of rural tourism. Through the analysis of the supply of tourism destinations and the demand of tourist markets, it is concluded that the development of rural tourism should be more experiential and interactive. Leisure style and other factors of the trend of the times. On the basis of the analysis, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Jurong rural tourism through the SWOT analysis model, and points out the problems and causes of Jurong rural tourism. It provides the whole train of thought, the target orientation and the idea to the future development strategy of Jurong rural tourism. And then put forward the positioning of rural tourism market, brand, as well as service marketing model. On the basis of full analysis and development strategy, this paper puts forward the overall thinking of the development of rural tourism in Jurong, through the integration of resources, as well as the combination of organizational model and development model. This paper puts forward four modes of developing rural tourism: highlighting the character of "special", creating the base of rural tourism of religious folklore culture, stressing the word "leisure", creating the rural leisure and vacation tourism, and highlighting the word "green". Build rural green ecological tourism collection base, highlight the word "agriculture", create rural farmers food city and other models. In the discussion of the mode, we should pay attention to the combination of heritage culture, folk custom and family leisure, experiential farm, interactive picking and agricultural science popularization, leisure vacation and modern business, and combination of farm products and special snacks. On this basis, it further analyzes how to promote the development of rural tourism through marketing, improve the popularity and attractiveness of rural tourism, and provide protection for rural tourism to become an important industry, at the same time, From the level of government support, the role and support of the government in the development of rural tourism provides a strong backing for the development of rural tourism. In general, the focus of this study is to grasp the overall characteristics of rural tourism development at the present stage and the consumption level of tourists, combined with the current situation of the development of Jurong. To promote the further development of Jurong rural tourism from the angle of resources integration theory and dynamic mechanism theory.
