長三角新城區(qū)資源利用效率與環(huán)境可持續(xù)性評估研究

【摘要】:目前全國新城區(qū)已經(jīng)處于嚴重的失控階段,如何更加合理的規(guī)劃全國的新城區(qū)布局,思考其可持續(xù)發(fā)展的方向成為重要研究課題。本研究基于生態(tài)經(jīng)濟學理論及新城區(qū)空間尺度從資源利用效率與環(huán)境可持續(xù)性兩方面構建可持續(xù)性評估指標體系,應用多準則模糊評價方法NAIADE及PROMETHEE排序方法評估新城區(qū)資源利用效率與環(huán)境可持續(xù)性水平,探討影響新城區(qū)可持續(xù)性的短板因素。結果表明:(1)鄞州新城、寶山新城、閔行新城發(fā)展的可持續(xù)性最優(yōu),嘉定新城、蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)、濱江新城及下沙新城的可持續(xù)性偏低;(2)建設用地開發(fā)強度、人口密度、二氧化氮濃度、人均公共綠地面積、5公里半徑內三甲醫(yī)院數(shù)量五個指標是目前制約新城區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的短板因素;(3)距離主城遠近及用地規(guī)模對新城區(qū)的可持續(xù)性有一定的影響。
[Abstract]:At present, the new urban area of the whole country has been seriously out of control. How to plan the layout of the new urban area more reasonably and think about the direction of its sustainable development has become an important research topic. Based on the theory of ecological economics and the spatial scale of the new urban area, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of sustainability from the aspects of resource utilization efficiency and environmental sustainability. The multi-criteria fuzzy evaluation method (NAIADE) and the PROMETHEE ranking method were used to evaluate the level of resource utilization efficiency and environmental sustainability in the new urban area, and the factors affecting the sustainability of the new urban area were discussed. The results show that Yinzhou New Town, Baoshan New Town, Minhang New City have the best sustainability, and the sustainability of Jiading New City, Suzhou Industrial Park, Binjiang New City and Xiasha New Town is low. Nitrogen dioxide concentration, per capita public green space area within 5 km radius of the number of the first class hospital five indicators are restricting the sustainable development of the new urban area of the short board factor / 3) distance from the main city and the scale of land use has a certain impact on the sustainability of the new urban area.
