【摘要】：運(yùn)用能值理論和分析方法,分析了鄂爾多斯市2000-2009年水資源生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)能量流動(dòng)規(guī)律,構(gòu)建了其能值綜合圖,計(jì)算評(píng)價(jià)了水資源開(kāi)發(fā)利用狀態(tài)及其系統(tǒng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。分析結(jié)果表明,鄂爾多斯市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展主要依靠不可更新資源的投入,且對(duì)不可更新資源投入的依賴程度不斷增大,水資源投入能值所占比重逐漸減小;鄂爾多斯市在市場(chǎng)貿(mào)易中處于明顯不利地位,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展尚處于高消耗、高增長(zhǎng)的發(fā)展階段,工業(yè)化水平還有待提高。2000年以后鄂爾多斯市經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)雖然富有活力和發(fā)展?jié)摿?但是隨著當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)不可更新資源的依賴不斷增大,系統(tǒng)有向消費(fèi)型經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)快速發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。鄂爾多斯市應(yīng)加快重點(diǎn)工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)更新和產(chǎn)品升級(jí),延長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。
[Abstract]:By using emergy theory and analysis method, the energy flow law of water resources eco-economic system from 2000 to 2009 in Ordos city was analyzed, and its comprehensive energy map was constructed, and the state of water resources exploitation and utilization and the sustainable development of water resources system were calculated and evaluated. The results show that the economic and social development of Ordos mainly depends on the input of non-renewable resources, and the degree of dependence on the input of non-renewable resources is increasing, and the proportion of energy input of water resources decreases gradually. Ordos city is in an obvious disadvantageous position in the market trade, the economic development is still in the stage of high consumption and high growth, and the industrialization level still needs to be improved. Although the economic system of Ordos city is full of vitality and development potential after 2000, However, with the increasing dependence of local economic development on non-renewable resources, the system has a trend of rapid development towards consumer economy. Ordos city should speed up the key industrial industry technology update and product upgrading, extend the industrial chain.
