【摘要】：城市化是鄉(xiāng)村演化為城市的一種復(fù)雜過(guò)程,是一個(gè)國(guó)家或者一個(gè)地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)物。2012年8月蘭州新區(qū)被國(guó)務(wù)院審批成為第五個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)新區(qū),其聚集人口的能力和輻射帶動(dòng)能力也不斷增強(qiáng)。2011年底蘭州市城市化水平高至77.34%,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于我國(guó)城市化發(fā)展平均水平。在蘭州城市化進(jìn)程推進(jìn)中,蘭州市的特殊地理位置因素將加大蘭州城市資源的利用效率和城市發(fā)展之間矛盾。因此,城市化的推進(jìn)將加大蘭州市土地容量的飽和,土地資源的不變性對(duì)蘭州今后的城市化建設(shè)產(chǎn)生較大約束。因此,研究蘭州城市化進(jìn)程中的土地資源“尾效”問(wèn)題具有重要意義。 本文第一章是緒論,介紹了選題的背景和意義,然后提出了本文的研究方法、研究思路、主要內(nèi)容和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二章對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于土地資源約束的研究進(jìn)行綜合敘述,根據(jù)已有的研究顯示,西部地區(qū)上地資源對(duì)城市化進(jìn)程的阻力研究,既缺乏現(xiàn)狀分析,也缺乏實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。第三章界定了本文涉及的相關(guān)概念,論述了經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論中的土地資源觀點(diǎn),并根據(jù)現(xiàn)實(shí)情況出發(fā),敘述了城市化發(fā)展與土地資源間的關(guān)系。第四章根據(jù)已有學(xué)者的相關(guān)研究,建立了經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)中土地資源“尾效”和城市化經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論模型,得出城市化進(jìn)程中土地資源“尾效”關(guān)系式。第五章將根據(jù)建立的理論模型,結(jié)合蘭州2000-2011年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)蘭州城市化進(jìn)程中土地資源“尾效”模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證,得出蘭州城市化進(jìn)程中土地資源“尾效”數(shù)值,并對(duì)該結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。第六章將根據(jù)實(shí)證結(jié)果和蘭州城市化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,為推進(jìn)蘭州市今后的城市化發(fā)展提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is a complex process in which the countryside evolves into a city. It is the product of the economic development of a country or a region. In August 2012, Lanzhou New District was approved by the State Council to become the fifth state-level new district.At the end of 2011, the urbanization level of Lanzhou City reached 77.34, which is far higher than the average level of urbanization development in China.In the process of urbanization in Lanzhou, the special geographical location of Lanzhou will increase the contradiction between the utilization efficiency of urban resources and the urban development in Lanzhou.Therefore, the advance of urbanization will increase the saturation of land capacity in Lanzhou, and the invariance of land resources will restrict Lanzhou's urbanization construction in the future.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the "tail effect" of land resources in the process of urbanization in Lanzhou.The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance of the topic, and then puts forward the research methods, research ideas, main contents and innovative points.In the second chapter, the author gives a comprehensive description of the research on land resource constraints in China and abroad. According to the existing studies, the research on the resistance of land resources in the western region to the urbanization process is not only lack of current situation analysis, but also lack of empirical test.The third chapter defines the related concepts involved in this paper, discusses the viewpoint of land resources in the theory of economic growth, and according to the actual situation, describes the relationship between urbanization and land resources.In the fourth chapter, according to the relevant research of the scholars, the author establishes the "tail effect" of land resources and the theoretical model of economic growth of urbanization, and obtains the "tail effect" relationship of land resources in the process of urbanization.In the fifth chapter, according to the established theoretical model and the relevant data of Lanzhou from 2000 to 2011, the "tail effect" model of land resources in the process of urbanization in Lanzhou is demonstrated, and the "tail effect" of land resources in the process of urbanization in Lanzhou is obtained.The results are compared and analyzed.Based on the empirical results and the present situation of urbanization construction in Lanzhou, the sixth chapter puts forward some suggestions for promoting the urbanization development in Lanzhou City in the future.
