長(zhǎng)江上游江津江段長(zhǎng)薄鰍種群參數(shù)和資源量評(píng)估

【摘要】:長(zhǎng)薄鰍(Leptobotia elongata)為長(zhǎng)江上游特有種,由于過(guò)度捕撈和大壩建設(shè),其種群生存受到極大威脅,已被《中國(guó)物種紅色名錄》列為易危物種。為了解三峽工程蓄水后該物種的種群動(dòng)態(tài),利用2007~2009年三峽庫(kù)區(qū)以上江津江段的漁獲量和體長(zhǎng)頻率數(shù)據(jù)評(píng)估了其生長(zhǎng)和死亡參數(shù)、資源量及資源利用。長(zhǎng)江上游江津江段長(zhǎng)薄鰍體長(zhǎng)范圍為76~480 mm,體重范圍為5~2 002 g,平均體長(zhǎng)為(158.7±54.8)mm,平均體重為(72.4±148.8)g。優(yōu)勢(shì)體長(zhǎng)組為90~210 mm,約占總數(shù)的77.9%(n=277)。長(zhǎng)薄鰍體長(zhǎng)(L,單位mm)與體重(W,單位g)冪函數(shù)關(guān)系為:W=7.28×10㧟6L3.09(R~2=0.95,P0.01,n=277)。由體長(zhǎng)頻率法擬合出長(zhǎng)薄鰍漸近體長(zhǎng)(L_∞)為555 mm,生長(zhǎng)系數(shù)(k)為0.17/a。由Pauly經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式估算出其自然死亡系數(shù)(M)為0.37。由長(zhǎng)度轉(zhuǎn)漁獲物曲線(xiàn)估算出其總死亡系數(shù)(Z)為1.23。江津江段長(zhǎng)薄鰍資源開(kāi)發(fā)率為0.70,超過(guò)了其資源最大開(kāi)發(fā)率0.43,表明其資源已過(guò)度開(kāi)發(fā)。由體長(zhǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)際種群分析估算出江津江段2007、2008和2009年長(zhǎng)薄鰍年資源量分別為2 544尾/km(0.75 t/km)、2 405尾/km(0.42 t/km)和7 245尾/km(1.63 t/km),平均4 065尾/km(0.93 t/km)。與以往研究相比,本研究記錄到了長(zhǎng)薄鰍的最大個(gè)體(體長(zhǎng)480 mm);本研究估算的長(zhǎng)薄鰍總死亡系數(shù)和資源開(kāi)發(fā)率較高,可能與江津江段的捕撈強(qiáng)度較高有關(guān)。建議加強(qiáng)長(zhǎng)薄鰍種群動(dòng)態(tài)長(zhǎng)期監(jiān)測(cè),采取禁漁、人工增殖放流等措施促進(jìn)資源恢復(fù)。

Because of overfishing and dam construction, its population survival is greatly threatened and has been listed as a vulnerable species in the Red list of species of China.
