【摘要】：本題針對(duì)我國(guó)缺水現(xiàn)狀,利用先進(jìn)技術(shù)等建立水資源信息管理系統(tǒng),以利用先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù)與管理方式,提高水資源管理工作的水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)水資源管理的科學(xué)化、定量化與現(xiàn)代化的目標(biāo),使水資源進(jìn)行合理配置以達(dá)到永續(xù)利用。利用水資源數(shù)據(jù)采集與傳輸技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)建設(shè)及查詢技術(shù)、地理信息系統(tǒng)、多媒體技術(shù)等建立水資源信息管理系統(tǒng),提供水資源信息服務(wù)(實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)信息服務(wù)、基礎(chǔ)信息服務(wù))與水資源業(yè)務(wù)信息管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)的業(yè)務(wù)管理模塊如下：水源信息管理、取水信息管理、供水信息管理、用水信息管理、水資源費(fèi)管理,以實(shí)現(xiàn)水資源合理配置的目標(biāo),為水資源業(yè)務(wù)管理提供技術(shù)支撐,為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策提供依據(jù)。 以“一張圖”為系統(tǒng)核心展示方式,將區(qū)域內(nèi)的所有用水戶、機(jī)井點(diǎn)、以及水位、水量、供水管網(wǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)的流量、水壓等的監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)直觀、形象的展示在地圖上,形成水資源“一張圖”的管理模式。以監(jiān)測(cè)管理和業(yè)務(wù)管理的數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),利用GIS進(jìn)行區(qū)域用水效率情況直觀渲染展示。圖35幅,參考文獻(xiàn)32篇。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the level of water resources management and realize the scientific management of water resources, this paper aims at establishing water resources information management system by using advanced technology and management methods in view of the present situation of water shortage in China. The aim of quantification and modernization is to make the water resources be allocated reasonably so as to achieve sustainable utilization. Using water resources data collection and transmission technology, computer network technology, database construction and inquiry technology, geographic information system, The multi-media technology and so on establish the water resources information management system, provides the water resources information service (real-time monitoring information service, basic information service) and the water resources business information management, realizes the business management module as follows: water resources information management, In order to realize the goal of rational allocation of water resources, provide technical support for water resources management, and provide the basis for leading decision making, water information management, water supply information management, water information management and water resources fee management can achieve the goal of rational allocation of water resources. With the "one map" as the core of the system, the monitoring data of all water users, machine well points, water level, water quantity, water supply network monitoring points, water pressure and so on in the area are displayed visually and vividly on the map. The management model of "one map" of water resources is formed. Based on the data of monitoring management and business management, the regional water use efficiency is visualized and displayed by GIS.
