【摘要】：城市水資源短缺問題已發(fā)展成為全球性問題，并且日益引起國(guó)際各個(gè)國(guó)家的強(qiáng)烈關(guān)注，城市水資源的缺乏已然成為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的障礙之一。水資源作為基礎(chǔ)自然資源，是人類生態(tài)環(huán)境的控制性要素，同時(shí)又是戰(zhàn)略性經(jīng)濟(jì)資源，已成為綜合國(guó)力的有機(jī)組成部分。因此解決城市水資源短缺問題，成為該城市能否實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問題。 中國(guó)自改革開放以來，由于大部分城市只專注于經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展，往往忽視了對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境與自然資源的有力保護(hù)，導(dǎo)致部分城市出現(xiàn)了城市用水污染、生活用水供應(yīng)不足等一系列城市水資源短缺現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。 本文研究的目的是通過生態(tài)中心主義中的深層生態(tài)學(xué)角度全面分析我國(guó)城市水資源短缺問題，運(yùn)用阿倫奈斯的“順應(yīng)自然”觀點(diǎn)堅(jiān)持走資源的可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路，系統(tǒng)分析表述了我國(guó)水資源短缺問題的形成原因與解決辦法。揭示出解決水資源短缺問題對(duì)于我國(guó)城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要意義，同時(shí)借鑒國(guó)外成功治理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，總結(jié)歸納出解決方案，以便我國(guó)早日能達(dá)到人水和諧，，從而更有力的支撐可持續(xù)發(fā)展，構(gòu)建出和諧的人類與水資源相處的欣欣向榮的景象。
[Abstract]:The shortage of urban water resources has developed into a global problem, and has increasingly aroused the strong concern of all countries in the world. The lack of urban water resources has become one of the obstacles to the development of world economy and society. It is a controlling factor of human ecological environment and a strategic economic resource, which has become an organic part of comprehensive national strength. Therefore, to solve the shortage of urban water resources has become the key question whether the city can achieve sustainable development. Since China's reform and opening up, most cities have focused only on the rapid economic development, often neglecting the protection of the ecological environment and natural resources, leading to the emergence of urban water pollution in some cities. Shortage of domestic water supply and a series of urban water shortages. The purpose of this study is to comprehensively analyze the shortage of urban water resources in China through the deep ecological perspective of ecocentrism, and to adhere to the sustainable development of resources by using Alenez's view of "conforming to nature". This paper systematically analyzes the causes and solutions of water resources shortage in China, and reveals the significance of solving water shortage for the sustainable development of Chinese cities, and at the same time, draws lessons from the successful management experience of foreign countries. Summing up and summing up the solution, so that our country can reach the harmony of human and water as soon as possible, so as to support the sustainable development more powerfully, and construct the prosperous scene of harmonious human being and water resources.
