兩大淡水湖“脫困”亟待加強水資源綜合利用

【摘要】:正繼2016年9月19日鄱陽湖星子站水位跌破12m大關(guān),較歷史同期提前54天進入低水位期后,鄱陽湖水位持續(xù)走低。由于枯水期嚴(yán)重缺水,鄱陽湖水生植被面積減少近400km~2,大量底棲動物旱死。鄱陽湖、洞庭湖與長江連為一體,江湖兩利一直是長江治理、開發(fā)和保護的重大課題。但近20年來,"江湖關(guān)系"發(fā)生顯著變化,兩湖出現(xiàn)枯水期延長、水位超低等情況的頻率漸高,破解"兩湖"生態(tài)之困正變得愈發(fā)迫切。
[Abstract]:After September 19th 2016, when the water level of Xingzi Station in Poyang Lake fell below 12m, 54 days earlier than the same period in history, the water level of Poyang Lake continued to decline. The area of aquatic vegetation in Poyang Lake has been reduced by nearly 400 km2, and a large number of benthic animals have died in drought. Poyang Lake, Dongting Lake and the Yangtze River are linked together, and the river and lake benefit has always been controlled by the Yangtze River. However, in the past 20 years, the "relationship between rivers and lakes" has changed significantly, the low water level and the dry season of the two lakes have been prolonged, and the frequency of the situation such as ultra-low water level has gradually increased. Therefore, it is becoming more and more urgent to solve the ecological difficulties of the "two lakes".
