基于環(huán)境資源保護(hù)視角的我國旅游景區(qū)門票定價(jià)研究

【摘要】:旅游業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占據(jù)了重要的地位,隨著人們收入水平和教育水平的提高、帶薪休假時(shí)間的增多使得越來越多的社會(huì)民眾參與到旅游中來,人們對(duì)旅游的關(guān)注度也呈上升趨勢。今年9月份,國家旅游局印發(fā)通知,要求對(duì)A級(jí)旅游景區(qū)進(jìn)行全面檢查,其中就有很多因環(huán)境衛(wèi)生條件差、資源保護(hù)措施不力等原因被取消資質(zhì)的。雖然,大部分景區(qū)通過提高門票價(jià)格,對(duì)景區(qū)環(huán)境資源確實(shí)起到了保護(hù)作用,但也有不少景區(qū)在實(shí)施免費(fèi)開放策略后,實(shí)現(xiàn)了生態(tài)效益與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益雙贏的局面。所以本文在可持續(xù)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,深入探討了景區(qū)環(huán)境資源保護(hù)對(duì)景區(qū)定價(jià)的影響。本文不同于以成本為導(dǎo)向的傳統(tǒng)定價(jià)方法,在已有研究文獻(xiàn)綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,通過數(shù)理模型的構(gòu)建,考慮了景區(qū)門票收入與游客消費(fèi)拉動(dòng)作用帶來的兩種正效應(yīng),以及考慮了景區(qū)游客擁擠情況與環(huán)境資源的破壞給景區(qū)帶來的兩種負(fù)效應(yīng)。在此基礎(chǔ)上探討了景區(qū)定價(jià)的最優(yōu)問題。本研究使用了理性預(yù)期均衡模型,引入了不同偏好的游客在景區(qū)環(huán)境擁擠條件下對(duì)游客消費(fèi)決策的影響,從而確定景區(qū)票價(jià)與游客總數(shù)以及總消費(fèi)量之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。在此基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)景區(qū)相關(guān)利益主體的經(jīng)營目標(biāo),分析了景區(qū)環(huán)境擁擠的游客最優(yōu)決策,以及環(huán)境資源破壞的景區(qū)最優(yōu)定價(jià)問題。最后,通過模型研究結(jié)果,結(jié)合影響環(huán)境資源保護(hù)的關(guān)鍵因素-景區(qū)擁擠問題,進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,通過對(duì)220位調(diào)查者的研究,進(jìn)一步明確了在景區(qū)環(huán)境資源可持續(xù)發(fā)展的前提下,景區(qū)擁擠對(duì)景區(qū)定價(jià),以及游客行為決策的影響。通過模型以及實(shí)證分析得出了相關(guān)結(jié)論:第一,景區(qū)環(huán)境的擁擠性對(duì)景區(qū)價(jià)格起到了調(diào)節(jié)作用。在考慮了環(huán)境擁擠情況后會(huì)適當(dāng)緩解景區(qū)游客量的減少。第二,明確了只有適中偏好的游客受價(jià)格作用以及環(huán)境擁擠作用的影響時(shí)會(huì)呈現(xiàn)出一種非線性的趨勢,彈性波動(dòng)相對(duì)較大。第三,游客人數(shù)與游客消費(fèi)對(duì)環(huán)境帶來的影響不同。
[Abstract]:Tourism plays an important role in the national economy. With the improvement of people's income and education, the increase of paid vacation time makes more and more people participate in tourism. People's attention to tourism is also on the rise. On September this year, the National Tourism Administration issued a circular asking for a comprehensive inspection of Grade A scenic spots, many of which were due to poor environmental and sanitary conditions. Resources protection measures and other reasons have been cancelled. Although most scenic spots do play a protective role in environmental resources by raising ticket prices, there are also many scenic spots that have implemented the free opening strategy. It realizes the win-win situation of ecological benefit and economic benefit. Therefore, based on the sustainable development, this paper deeply discusses the impact of environmental resource protection on scenic spot pricing. This paper is different from the traditional cost-oriented pricing method. On the basis of literature review, through the construction of mathematical model, this paper considers the two positive effects of ticket income and tourists' consumption. And considering the two negative effects of tourist congestion and the destruction of environmental resources on scenic spots. On this basis, the optimal pricing problem of scenic spots is discussed. The rational expectation equilibrium model is used in this study. This paper introduces the influence of tourists with different preferences on the tourists' consumption decision under the condition of environment congestion in the scenic area, and then determines the intrinsic relationship between the ticket price of the scenic spot and the total number of tourists as well as the total consumption. According to the management objectives of the related stakeholders of scenic spots, the paper analyzes the optimal decision of tourists and the optimal pricing of scenic spots caused by the destruction of environmental resources. Finally, through the model research results, Combining with the key factor of environmental resource protection-scenic spot congestion problem, this paper makes an empirical analysis. Through the research of 220 investigators, it further clarifies that, under the premise of sustainable development of scenic area environmental resources, scenic spot congestion pricing scenic spot. And the impact of tourist behavior decision. Through the model and empirical analysis, we draw the relevant conclusions: first, The congestion of scenic spots plays an important role in regulating the price of scenic spots. After considering the congestion of the environment, the tourist volume will be alleviated appropriately. Second, It is clear that tourists with moderate preference will show a nonlinear trend when influenced by price and environmental congestion. Thirdly, the number of tourists is different from that of tourists' consumption.
