【摘要】：本文以可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論為指導(dǎo)思想,以社會、經(jīng)濟和生態(tài)環(huán)境多目標(biāo)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展為宗旨,構(gòu)建水資源優(yōu)化配置模型,借助Matlab工具箱中的多目標(biāo)遺傳算法進行求解,以期獲得社會、經(jīng)濟、生態(tài)環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的最佳綜合效益。并以徐州市沛縣為例進行算例分析,得出沛縣2015年規(guī)劃水平年的水資源優(yōu)化配置方案,驗證了該方法的可行性和有效性,為徐州市水資源的高效利用提供理論借鑒和實踐依據(jù)。同時本文的研究還對保護南水北調(diào)東線工程的順利實施,促進整個南水北調(diào)沿線地區(qū)的社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展也有著重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of sustainable development and the multi-objective coordinated development of society, economy and ecological environment, this paper constructs a model of optimal allocation of water resources and solves it with the help of multi-objective genetic algorithm in Matlab toolbox, in order to obtain the society. The optimal comprehensive benefit of coordinated development of economy and ecological environment. Taking Peixian County of Xuzhou City as an example, the optimal allocation scheme of water resources in 2015 planning level year of Peixian County is obtained, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of this method. At the same time, the research of this paper is also of great significance to protect the smooth implementation of the East Route of South-to-North Water transfer Project and to promote the social and economic development of the whole area along the South-to-North Water transfer Project.
