基于灰色動態(tài)聚類-粗糙集的綠色資源環(huán)境評價指標構(gòu)建模型

【摘要】:以內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)12個盟市的綠色資源環(huán)境發(fā)展為研究對象,采用灰色動態(tài)聚類與粗糙集相結(jié)合的方法,構(gòu)建包含有全年供水量等11個指標的內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)綠色資源環(huán)境指標體系,其要點在于:一是通過灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析建立樣本間的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣,進而進行樣本間的灰色聚類,反映樣本間的信息重復(fù)性;二是采用動態(tài)聚類方法,每次去除一個指標后繼續(xù)通過灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析建立的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣進行灰色樣本聚類,為粗糙集約簡提供信息數(shù)據(jù);三是通過粗糙集約簡理論判斷海選指標對聚類結(jié)果的影響是否顯著,將每一次的聚類結(jié)果與原始聚類結(jié)果比較,保留兩次聚類結(jié)果不同且對評價樣本分類有顯著影響的海選指標;四是采用非參數(shù)Kruska-Wallis檢驗的P值檢驗法證明本文構(gòu)建的指標體系是合理的。通過對比分析表明,本文的灰色動態(tài)聚類-粗糙集指標篩選模型優(yōu)于現(xiàn)有研究的聚類-灰色關(guān)聯(lián)指標篩選模型。
[Abstract]:Taking the development of green resources and environment in 12 cities of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region as the research object, the method of combining grey dynamic clustering with rough set is adopted. A green resource environment index system of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region including 11 indexes such as annual water supply is constructed. The main points of this system are as follows: first, the grey correlation matrix among samples is established through grey correlation analysis, and then the grey clustering among samples is carried out. It reflects the information repeatability among samples. Secondly, it adopts dynamic clustering method. After removing one index, grey correlation matrix is used to cluster grey samples, which can provide information data for rough set reduction. Third, the rough set reduction theory is used to determine whether the impact of the selection index on the clustering results is significant, and the clustering results of each time are compared with the original clustering results. Keeping the two different clustering results and having a significant impact on the classification of evaluation samples. Fourthly, the P value test method of non-parametric Kruska-Wallis test is used to prove that the index system constructed in this paper is reasonable, and the comparative analysis shows that the index system constructed in this paper is reasonable. The grey dynamic clustering-rough set index screening model is superior to the existing clustering-grey relational index screening model.
