【摘要】：[目的]通過構建海南省鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源可持續(xù)評價指標體系,提供一種鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源可持續(xù)發(fā)展有效評價和量化的方法。[方法]文章以海南鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展為總目標,在參閱相關文獻和聽取專家意見的基礎上,結合海南旅游自身特點,運用層次分析法,構建了由海南鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源系統(tǒng)、環(huán)境系統(tǒng)、經濟系統(tǒng)、管理服務系統(tǒng)等4個維度、39個具體變量組成的指標體系框架,并對指標體系進行權重分配。[結果]系統(tǒng)層四大系統(tǒng)權重大小分別為:鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源系統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)村旅游管理服務系統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)村旅游環(huán)境系統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)村旅游經濟系統(tǒng);要素層權重分別為:鄉(xiāng)村資源質量鄉(xiāng)村生態(tài)環(huán)境鄉(xiāng)村旅游經濟效益;指標層權重分別為鄉(xiāng)村環(huán)境質量指數鄉(xiāng)村旅游收入鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源的歷史文化價值=傳統(tǒng)文化保護投入鄉(xiāng)村(門票)收入比例=鄉(xiāng)村綜合管理水平鄉(xiāng)村旅游地設施=鄉(xiāng)村旅游投入比例鄉(xiāng)村旅游機構與制度完善程度。[結論]從總體來看,海南鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源可持續(xù)發(fā)展指標體系分為系統(tǒng)層、要素層、指標層,其中系統(tǒng)層鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源系統(tǒng)和鄉(xiāng)村旅游管理服務系統(tǒng)所占比重較大,說明海南鄉(xiāng)村具有較高的資源稟賦,也證明了鄉(xiāng)村旅游管理服務在旅游發(fā)展中的重要性;指標層每一項具體指標所占的比重各不相同,權重大小不一,總體相差不是很大。
[Abstract]:[Objective] to provide an effective evaluation and quantification method for the sustainable development of rural tourism resources in Hainan Province by constructing a sustainable evaluation index system of rural tourism resources. [Methods] with the sustainable development of rural tourism in Hainan as the overall goal, based on the reference of relevant literature and the advice of experts, and combining the characteristics of Hainan tourism, the paper applies the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). An index system framework consisting of 4 dimensions of Hainan rural tourism resource system, environmental system, economic system, management service system and 39 concrete variables was constructed, and the weights of the index system were allocated. [Results the weights of the four systems are as follows: rural tourism resource system rural tourism management service system rural tourism environment system rural tourism economy system; The weights of factors are as follows: rural resource quality rural ecological environment rural tourism economic benefits; Index layer weight is the index of rural environmental quality index the historical and cultural value of rural tourism resources of rural tourism income = traditional cultural protection into rural areas (tickets). Income ratio = level of rural comprehensive management rural tourism facilities = proportion of rural tourism investment rural tourism institutions and institutions. [Conclusion: on the whole, the sustainable development index system of Hainan rural tourism resources is divided into system layer, element layer and index layer. The proportion of rural tourism resource system and rural tourism management service system in system level is large, which indicates that Hainan village has a high resource endowment, and also proves the importance of rural tourism management service in tourism development. The proportion of each specific index is different, the weight is different, the overall difference is not very big.
