【摘要】：森林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的功能和過程非常復(fù)雜,作為陸地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的主體對(duì)維持生態(tài)系統(tǒng)格局功能和過程具有特殊的生態(tài)意義。至今其功能的分類和評(píng)估方法尚不完善,國內(nèi)外的學(xué)者也都在不斷探索中。雖然在評(píng)估理論、方法、內(nèi)容上存在不少的問題,但這樣一個(gè)部分的估計(jì)的價(jià)值評(píng)估也有助于我們對(duì)森林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)功能價(jià)值的了解,認(rèn)識(shí)森林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的重要性,為森林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)生態(tài)功能區(qū)劃和森林資源的可持續(xù)經(jīng)營及保護(hù)政策的制定提供參考。滿足社會(huì)的需要,維護(hù)社會(huì)公共利益各方當(dāng)事人合法權(quán)益。本文將進(jìn)一步完善、補(bǔ)充不同森林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)類型的物質(zhì)量的測(cè)定精度和數(shù)據(jù)庫,計(jì)測(cè)模型和有關(guān)參數(shù)的確定。 筆者著力于多領(lǐng)域分析評(píng)價(jià)福建國有林場(chǎng)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)價(jià)值相關(guān)性問題,并從多方面制定相關(guān)措施以提高福建國有林場(chǎng)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)福建國有林場(chǎng)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,包括優(yōu)化林種結(jié)構(gòu)；轉(zhuǎn)變林種經(jīng)營理念、模式；適當(dāng)調(diào)整針闊比例與提高林分質(zhì)量；制定有效的森林經(jīng)營保護(hù)措施等。 本文在分析了森林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)功能及服務(wù),應(yīng)用生態(tài)系統(tǒng)功能及服務(wù)價(jià)值評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,根據(jù)第七次全國森林資源清查報(bào)告和2010年福建省統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒運(yùn)用替代工程法.市場(chǎng)價(jià)值法等方法,客觀地評(píng)價(jià)了福建省國有林場(chǎng)森林生態(tài)服務(wù)功能價(jià)值,結(jié)果表明我省國有林場(chǎng)森林生態(tài)服務(wù)價(jià)值為1478.19億元。
[Abstract]:The function and process of forest ecosystem are very complex . As the main body of terrestrial ecosystem , the function and process of maintaining ecosystem pattern have special ecological significance . In order to improve the service quality of the state - owned forest farm ecosystem in Fujian and to improve the social and economic sustainable development of the state - owned forest farm in Fujian , the author puts forward some measures to improve the service quality of the state - owned forest farm ecosystem in Fujian , and to promote the sustainable development of the social economy of the state - owned forest farm in Fujian , including the optimization of the forest structure , the transformation of the forest management idea , the mode , the proper adjustment of the proportion of the needle and the quality of the forest , and the development of effective protection measures for forest management . This paper analyzes the function and service of forest ecosystem , uses ecosystem function and service value evaluation index system , and objectively evaluates the value of forest ecological service function of state - owned forest farm in Fujian province according to the seventh national forest resource inventory report and the statistical year of Fujian Province in 2010 . The results show that the value of forest ecological service of state - owned forest farm in Fujian Province is 148.19 billion yuan .
