【摘要】：耕地后備資源宜耕性評價是針對未利用土地中的宜耕適墾地類,通過選取影響耕地后備資源的自然因素指標和社會經(jīng)濟因素指標,對耕地后備資源建立評價體系,計算各個評價單元的綜合分值,根據(jù)研究區(qū)的具體情況,將耕地后備資源宜耕性開發(fā)進行等級劃分,從而確定耕地后備資源適宜開發(fā)的先后時序,為今后優(yōu)化和調(diào)整土地利用結(jié)構(gòu),提供科學(xué)依據(jù),對保障國家今后的糧食安全有著重要的意義。補充的耕地重要來源是耕地后備資源,它在保持耕地總量的動態(tài)平衡中起著關(guān)鍵作用,耕地后備資源宜耕性評價研究的結(jié)果,可以為我國國土今后的合理規(guī)劃利用和耕地總量動態(tài)平衡決策提供理論依據(jù)。本文以吳起縣為例,根據(jù)己經(jīng)掌握的吳起縣土地資源實際狀況,以土地利用現(xiàn)狀圖斑為評價單元,結(jié)合吳起縣其他相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)資料,在ArcGIS軟件支持下,獲取評價指標的屬性數(shù)據(jù),通過“主成分分析法”進行評價指標的選取,結(jié)合吳起縣的具體實際,采用“專家打分法”確定權(quán)重,最終確定了各地類評價指標體系,采用“指數(shù)和法”獲取耕地后備資源各個評價單元的綜合分值,并對耕地后備資源開發(fā)的宜耕性程度進行劃分,確定其開發(fā)時序,在此基礎(chǔ)上對吳起縣耕地后備資源開發(fā)利用的前景進行具體分析。為吳起縣今后合理的制定開發(fā)整理計劃提供了一定參考。
[Abstract]:Reserve resources of cultivated land suitability evaluation for unused land in arable arable land types, through the effect of selection of reserve resources of cultivated land natural factors and social economic factors, establish the evaluation system of land reserve resources, the integrated value of each evaluation unit, according to the specific situation of the study area, the cultivated land reserve resources suitability development is classified, so as to determine the reserve land resources suitable for development of the sequence, for the optimization and adjustment of land use structure, and provide a scientific basis, has an important significance for the protection of national food security in the future. An important source of supplementary cultivated land is arable land reserve resources, it plays a key role in maintaining the homeostasis the total arable land, arable land reserve resources evaluation research, for China's land utilization and rational planning in the future will total dynamic balance of cultivated land This policy provides a theoretical basis. In Wuqi County as an example, according to the land resource in Wuqi County has been to grasp the actual situation, the current land use map for the evaluation unit, combined with other relevant data in Wuqi County, under the support of ArcGIS software, obtaining the attribute data of the evaluation index, selecting evaluation index by principal component the analysis method, combined with the specific reality of Wuqi County, using expert scoring method to determine the weight, and ultimately determine the different kinds of evaluation index system for land reserve resources of each assessment unit of the comprehensive score of the index and method, and the cultivated land resource suitability degree, determine its development the timing of the development and utilization of cultivated land in Wuqi County, the prospect of reserve resources on the basis of specific analysis. For future rational development of Wuqi County Development and consolidation plans provide certain reference.
