【摘要】：針對(duì)突變理論和傳統(tǒng)突變模型對(duì)多目標(biāo)、多準(zhǔn)則復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行決策分析時(shí),評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果容易受到主觀因素影響致使其準(zhǔn)確性較低的問題,利用傳統(tǒng)突變模型對(duì)遼寧省農(nóng)業(yè)水資源可持續(xù)利用水平進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),比較不同方案得出的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,分析傳統(tǒng)突變模型的靈敏度;在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出基于熵值法和熵權(quán)理論改進(jìn)的突變模型,并進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,改進(jìn)突變模型能有效避免人為主觀因素的影響,評(píng)價(jià)方法科學(xué)合理,評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果客觀準(zhǔn)確。
[Abstract]:According to the catastrophe theory and traditional catastrophe model for multiple criteria decision analysis of complex system, the assessment results are easily affected by subjective factors resulting in the low accuracy problem of mutation model to evaluate the level of sustainable utilization of agricultural water resources in Liaoning province by using the traditional, comparing the assessment results of different schemes, sensitivity analysis of traditional catastrophe model; on this basis, the proposed catastrophe model of entropy method and entropy theory based on improved, and further verified. The results show that the improved catastrophe model can effectively avoid the influence of human subjective factors. The evaluation method is scientific and reasonable, and the evaluation results are objective and accurate.
