LPFG和FBG級(jí)聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)雙參數(shù)光纖傳感器研究

【摘要】:提出了一種長(zhǎng)周期光纖光柵(LPFG)級(jí)聯(lián)布拉格光纖光柵(FBG)的溫度/應(yīng)變雙參數(shù)光纖傳感器。利用飛秒激光直寫(xiě)制作LPFG并級(jí)連FBG,且FBG波谷位置為1 551.9 nm,LPFG波谷位置為1 559.1 nm,最高對(duì)比度為-12.7 d B。在30~70℃溫度變化范圍內(nèi)對(duì)傳感器溫度特性進(jìn)行測(cè)試,并在25℃超凈環(huán)境下對(duì)0~500με應(yīng)變變化范圍內(nèi)對(duì)傳感器應(yīng)變特性進(jìn)行測(cè)試。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,升溫過(guò)程FBG中心波長(zhǎng)發(fā)生紅移,靈敏度15.00 pm/℃,線(xiàn)性度0.981 3;LPFG中心波長(zhǎng)發(fā)生藍(lán)移,靈敏度-11.75 pm/℃,線(xiàn)性度0.945 3。降溫過(guò)程FBG中心波長(zhǎng)發(fā)生藍(lán)移,靈敏度18.25 pm/℃,線(xiàn)性度0.953 8;LPFG中心波長(zhǎng)發(fā)生紅移,靈敏度-15.42 pm/℃,線(xiàn)性度0.980 2。加載過(guò)程FBG中心波長(zhǎng)發(fā)生紅移,靈敏度0.93 pm/με,線(xiàn)性度0.991 5;LPFG中心波長(zhǎng)發(fā)生藍(lán)移,靈敏度-1.51 pm/με,線(xiàn)性度0.986 3。卸載過(guò)程FBG中心波長(zhǎng)發(fā)生藍(lán)移,靈敏度0.92 pm/με,線(xiàn)性度0.990 9;LPFG中心波長(zhǎng)發(fā)生紅移,靈敏度-1.51 pm/με,線(xiàn)性度0.972 8。結(jié)果表明,該光纖傳感器靈敏度高,線(xiàn)性度好,可以同時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)實(shí)現(xiàn)應(yīng)變和溫度的測(cè)量。
