壓電式步態(tài)分析系統(tǒng)在足底壓力監(jiān)測(cè)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的通過(guò)研究壓電式步態(tài)分析系統(tǒng)在足底壓力監(jiān)測(cè)中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,為人體步態(tài)分析及其在臨床醫(yī)學(xué)及康復(fù)治療作用提供參考。方法設(shè)計(jì)壓電式步態(tài)分析系統(tǒng),采集鞋墊中6個(gè)采集點(diǎn)的壓力信號(hào),通過(guò)藍(lán)牙模塊傳輸足底壓力信號(hào),并采用所設(shè)計(jì)手機(jī)APP和MATLAB軟件分析和處理壓力信號(hào)。結(jié)果利用MATLAB軟件插值、顏色映射等功能繪制足底壓力云圖、壓力中心蝴蝶圖,通過(guò)測(cè)量雙腳擺動(dòng)相計(jì)算步行周期,手機(jī)APP實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)足底壓力以實(shí)現(xiàn)意外摔倒報(bào)警。結(jié)論該系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)站立姿態(tài)、平衡狀態(tài)、步行周期及意外摔倒的監(jiān)測(cè),所得實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與臨床研究結(jié)論基本保持一致,同時(shí)可穿戴式結(jié)構(gòu)更適合于真實(shí)步行場(chǎng)景。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the practical application of piezoelectric gait analysis system in the monitoring of plantar pressure, and to provide reference for human gait analysis and its effect in clinical medicine and rehabilitation therapy. Methods the piezoelectric gait analysis system was designed to collect the pressure signals from 6 acquisition points in the insole and transmit the plantar pressure signals through Bluetooth module. The designed mobile phone APP and MATLAB software were used to analyze and process the pressure signals. Results MATLAB software interpolation, color mapping and other functions were used to draw plantar pressure cloud map, pressure center butterfly map, foot swing phase to calculate the walking cycle, mobile phone APP real-time monitoring plantar pressure to achieve accidental fall alarm. Conclusion the system can monitor the standing posture, balance state, walking period and accidental fall. The experimental results are consistent with the clinical findings, and the wearable structure is more suitable for real walking scenes.
