【摘要】：隨著移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,移動設備迅速興起和智能化,人們的日常生活、娛樂活動、旅行社交等都離不開移動端的參與,人們獲取信息和服務由PC端轉移到手機端,各行各業(yè)的軟件也層出不窮。經濟的快速發(fā)展和人民生活水平的提高,旅游成為人們熱衷的娛樂項目,說走就走的旅行也越來越多,但是,在旅行中如何方便快捷的尋找志同道合的“驢友”和獲取旅行信息成為人們頭疼的問題。本文通過挖掘用戶需求,綜合了市面上的軟件,設計和開發(fā)了基于i OS平臺的旅行智能聊天機器人,用戶不僅能隨時隨地發(fā)起邀約結伴旅行,而且省去了在電腦上搜索旅行信息的繁瑣過程,通過與聊天機器人的對話的形式,就能快速獲取旅游景點的介紹、旅游地天氣的狀況、附近小吃住宿等信息。本文的主要工作包括:(1)通過分析項目的研究背景和意義,對比了國內外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,得出了開發(fā)此軟件的可行性和重要性。(2)經過大量的市場調研,對比市面上的旅行社交軟件,最終確定系統(tǒng)的需求分析,把客戶端劃分為用戶管理、旅行信息發(fā)布、交友和旅行聊天機器人等模塊,更好的符合用戶的需求。(3)根據(jù)用戶需求分析,對項目進行了整體架構,確定了實現(xiàn)每個模塊用到的技術及詳細設計,具體闡述了聊天機器人知識庫的構建技術。(4)完成了項目的編碼工作,經過了專業(yè)人士的測試,實現(xiàn)了項目的功能和性能要求,目前項目已經打包發(fā)布到APPStore且已經可以上線使用。
[Abstract]:With the development of the mobile Internet, mobile devices are rising rapidly and intelligentized. People's daily life, entertainment activities, travel agencies and so on can not be separated from the participation of the mobile side, people access information and services from the PC terminal to the mobile phone side. Software is also emerging in a variety of industries. With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people's living standards, tourism has become a popular entertainment project. How to find like-minded travel friends and get travel information easily and quickly becomes a headache for people. This paper designs and develops a travel intelligent chat robot based on I OS platform by mining user needs, synthesizing the software available in the market. Users can not only initiate an invitation to travel at any time and anywhere, but also develop an intelligent chat robot based on I OS platform. It also saves the tedious process of searching for travel information on the computer, and through the form of conversation with the chat robot, it can quickly obtain the information of tourist attractions, the weather condition of the tourist destination, the accommodation of nearby snacks, and so on. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) through analyzing the research background and significance of the project, comparing the current development situation at home and abroad, the feasibility and importance of developing this software are obtained. (2) after a lot of market research, Compare the travel agency delivery software on the market, and finally determine the system needs analysis, the client is divided into user management, travel information release, making friends and travel chat robot and other modules, Better meet the needs of users. (3) according to the user needs analysis, the overall structure of the project, determine the implementation of each module used in the technology and detailed design, The construction technology of chat robot knowledge base is expounded in detail. (4) the coding work of the project has been completed, and the function and performance requirements of the project have been realized through the test of the professionals. Currently, the project has been packaged and released to APPStore and is available online.
