【摘要】：根據(jù)液氮洗分子篩的工藝流程及控制要求,基于Honeywell PKS系統(tǒng)設(shè)計出操作簡便、安全可靠的分子篩順控程序。本文從工藝流程、DCS硬件構(gòu)成、人機(jī)界面設(shè)計、順控程序組態(tài)等方面介紹了分子篩控制系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)方法。
[Abstract]:According to the technological process and control requirements of liquid nitrogen washing molecular sieve, a simple, safe and reliable molecular sieve sequence control program was designed based on Honeywell PKS system. This paper introduces the realization method of molecular sieve control system from the aspects of technological process, DCS hardware structure, man-machine interface design, sequence control program configuration and so on.
