便攜式農(nóng)業(yè)小氣候數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的迅猛發(fā)展,迫切需要一種適用于低成本、低功耗、廣泛普及、性能穩(wěn)定且操作簡(jiǎn)易的農(nóng)業(yè)小氣候數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng),提高人們對(duì)小氣候參數(shù)變化與農(nóng)作物生長(zhǎng)之間關(guān)系的認(rèn)識(shí)。而我國(guó)在相關(guān)方面的研究起步較晚,市場(chǎng)上相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品普遍存在功能不夠全面、成本高、功耗大、操作專業(yè)化、傳感器通用和擴(kuò)充能力差等問(wèn)題。集中而有力的解決以上問(wèn)題,便是開(kāi)發(fā)此款便攜式農(nóng)業(yè)小氣候數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)的目的所在。在對(duì)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的文獻(xiàn)及現(xiàn)有研究成果進(jìn)行研究與分析之后,本文首先明確了此次研究的目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容及采用的技術(shù)路線,即在安卓手機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、藍(lán)牙技術(shù)、傳感器技術(shù)、信息采集技術(shù)等,實(shí)現(xiàn)一套低成本、低功耗、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作簡(jiǎn)易且人性化的便攜式農(nóng)業(yè)小氣候數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng);其次本文對(duì)安卓平臺(tái)、藍(lán)牙和傳感器等相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究和闡述,并通過(guò)自主研發(fā)的傳感器配合節(jié)能技術(shù)的靈活運(yùn)用大大地解決了市場(chǎng)上現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品成本高、功耗大的問(wèn)題;再次研究并設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)硬件電路,這些硬件主要由各類傳感器、MCU、串口電路、電源電路、系統(tǒng)電源檢測(cè)電路、節(jié)能電路設(shè)計(jì)、外接端口設(shè)計(jì)、保護(hù)電路等部件組成,并對(duì)傳感器的參數(shù)及特性進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹;最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的軟件及所用到的協(xié)議幀進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與完善,其中系統(tǒng)軟件部分主要包括數(shù)據(jù)采集終端軟件與手機(jī)端APP的設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)。通信協(xié)議方面的工作包括協(xié)議格式的制定及各個(gè)相關(guān)指令的設(shè)計(jì)。該系統(tǒng)已在貴州茶田投入使用,結(jié)果顯示,該系統(tǒng)性能穩(wěn)定,功耗小,成本低,操作簡(jiǎn)單,易于擴(kuò)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of agricultural modernization in recent years, there is an urgent need for a kind of agricultural microclimate data acquisition system, which is suitable for low cost, low power consumption, wide popularization, stable performance and easy operation. To improve the understanding of the relationship between microclimate parameters and crop growth. However, the related research in our country started relatively late, and the related products in the market generally have some problems, such as insufficient comprehensive function, high cost, large power consumption, specialized operation, poor general-purpose and expansion ability of sensors, and so on. The purpose of this portable agricultural microclimate data acquisition system is to solve these problems centrally and powerfully. After researching and analyzing the related literature and existing research results, this paper first defines the goal, content and technical route of this research, that is, combining with Internet of things technology, Bluetooth technology on the basis of Android mobile phone. Sensor technology, information acquisition technology and so on, to achieve a set of low-cost, low-power, easy to operate and humanized portable agricultural microclimate data acquisition system; Secondly, this paper studies the Android platform, Bluetooth, sensors and other related technologies, and through the self-developed sensors with the flexible use of energy-saving technology to solve the problem of high cost and high power consumption of the existing products in the market. The hardware circuit of the system is studied and designed again. These hardware is mainly composed of various sensors, MCU, serial port circuit, power supply circuit, system power source detection circuit, energy saving circuit design, external port design, protection circuit and so on. The parameters and characteristics of the sensor are introduced in detail. Finally, the software of the system and the protocol frame used in the system are designed and perfected. The software of the system mainly includes the design and development of the data acquisition terminal software and the mobile phone terminal APP. The communication protocol includes the formulation of protocol format and the design of related instructions. The system has been put into use in Guizhou tea field. The results show that the system is stable in performance, low in power consumption, low in cost, simple in operation and easy to expand.
