基于北斗的機(jī)載監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及改裝方案研究

【摘要】:航空電子系統(tǒng)中具有地空通信功能的航電設(shè)備在飛機(jī)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控中起的作用越來(lái)越重要。在飛機(jī)上加裝具有地空通信功能的機(jī)載監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)通過(guò)高頻、甚高頻或衛(wèi)星和地面進(jìn)行通信,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)地面對(duì)飛機(jī)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,這對(duì)保障飛機(jī)的飛行安全以及當(dāng)飛機(jī)發(fā)生事故后對(duì)飛機(jī)進(jìn)行及時(shí)搜索至關(guān)重要。由于我國(guó)對(duì)國(guó)外通信技術(shù)和衛(wèi)星通信系統(tǒng)存在著高度的技術(shù)依賴,因此國(guó)內(nèi)民航業(yè)迫切需要加裝基于北斗衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的機(jī)載監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。為了提高加裝系統(tǒng)工作的穩(wěn)定性以及減小其對(duì)飛機(jī)正常飛行的影響,對(duì)機(jī)載監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的改裝方案進(jìn)行研究也非常重要。基于北斗的機(jī)載監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)是應(yīng)用了北斗衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)短報(bào)文通信功能實(shí)現(xiàn)飛機(jī)監(jiān)控的一個(gè)地空通信輔助系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了地空之間數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)墓δ。結(jié)合系統(tǒng)對(duì)飛機(jī)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控的功能需求,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)以及加裝方案等方面進(jìn)行了研究。機(jī)載監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)由機(jī)載子系統(tǒng)和地面監(jiān)控子系統(tǒng)兩個(gè)子系統(tǒng)組成,提出了機(jī)載系統(tǒng)核心軟件的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式、地面監(jiān)控顯示軟件的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式、北斗通信模塊的操作方法以及用MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行軟件開(kāi)發(fā)的方法。在機(jī)載監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)其在飛機(jī)上的改裝方案進(jìn)行研究,主要包括系統(tǒng)的供電方案、信號(hào)獲取方案以及改裝位置的確定。為了驗(yàn)證上述系統(tǒng)及改裝方案的可行性,對(duì)該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試。在實(shí)驗(yàn)室環(huán)境下通過(guò)用工控機(jī)、北斗用戶機(jī)等設(shè)備搭建整個(gè)半實(shí)物仿真平臺(tái)的方式,并向系統(tǒng)輸入飛行數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)該機(jī)載監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行功能驗(yàn)證,即驗(yàn)證各個(gè)功能模塊是否能夠正常工作,驗(yàn)證所有模塊集成到一起是否能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)設(shè)定功能要求。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,該機(jī)載監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)基本能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)的對(duì)飛機(jī)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控的功能需求。
[Abstract]:Avionics with ground-to-air communication function in avionics system plays an increasingly important role in the real-time monitoring of aircraft. An airborne monitoring system with ground-to-air communication function is added to the aircraft to communicate with the ground through high frequency, very high frequency or satellite, which can realize the real-time monitoring of the aircraft. This is essential to ensure the flight safety of the aircraft and to search the aircraft in time when an accident occurs. Because our country is highly dependent on foreign communication technology and satellite communication system, it is urgent for the domestic civil aviation industry to install an airborne monitoring system based on Beidou satellite navigation system. In order to improve the stability of the loading system and reduce the influence on the normal flight of the aircraft, it is also very important to study the modification scheme of the airborne monitoring system. The airborne monitoring system based on Beidou is a ground-to-air communication assistant system which uses the short message communication function of Beidou satellite navigation system to realize the aircraft monitoring and control, and realizes the function of data transmission between ground and air. According to the functional requirements of the system for real-time monitoring of aircraft, the design, implementation and loading scheme of the system are studied. The airborne monitoring system is composed of two subsystems: airborne subsystem and ground monitoring subsystem. The realization mode of the core software of the airborne system and the realization of the ground monitoring and displaying software are put forward. The operation method of Beidou communication module and the method of software development with MySQL database. On the basis of the airborne monitoring system, the modification scheme on the aircraft is studied, including the power supply scheme, the signal acquisition scheme and the determination of the modification position. In order to verify the feasibility of the system and the modification scheme, the system is tested. In the laboratory environment, by using industrial control computer, Beidou user computer and other equipment to build the whole hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform, and input flight data to the system to verify the function of the airborne monitoring system. That is, verify that each functional module can work properly, verify that all the modules can be integrated together to set the functional requirements. The test results show that the airborne monitoring system can meet the functional requirements of real-time monitoring of aircraft.
