【摘要】：人工智能的技術(shù)本質(zhì)是什么?智能技術(shù)是怎樣產(chǎn)生的?智能產(chǎn)業(yè)對當(dāng)前社會和未來人類發(fā)展的沖擊與影響又是什么?智能科學(xué)與技術(shù)的深入與普及真的會威脅甚至毀滅人類社會嗎?不同學(xué)科的學(xué)者、不同領(lǐng)域的專家對這些問題的看法不一,有的甚至截然相反。其實,智能科技是時代的趨勢,是科技發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果,更是人類進(jìn)步的必由之路。具體而言,哥德爾不完備定理催生了人類的智性大覺醒和技術(shù)大突破,我們己經(jīng)開始了從牛頓式"大定律、小數(shù)據(jù)"之控制時代向默頓式"大數(shù)據(jù)、小定律"之引導(dǎo)時代轉(zhuǎn)化的第三軸心時期,這就是Alpha Go人機(jī)大戰(zhàn)所揭示的本質(zhì)意義。工業(yè)及信息技術(shù)200年的發(fā)展歷程告訴我們,作為新IT的智能技術(shù)必將引發(fā)并支撐智能化多贏包容的"正和"全球化浪潮,使人類生活更加美好。新的時代需要新思維、新理念、新體系、新方法、新使命,過度擔(dān)心人工智能危害社會沒有必要,更阻擋不了歷史的自然進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:What is the technical nature of artificial intelligence? How did intelligent technology come into being? What is the impact and impact of intelligent industry on the current society and future human development? Will the penetration and popularization of intelligent science and technology really threaten or even destroy human society? Scholars in different disciplines and experts in different fields have different or even diametrically different views on these issues. In fact, intelligent science and technology is the trend of the times, the inevitable outcome of the development of science and technology, is the only way for human progress. Specifically, Godel's incomplete theorem has given birth to a great awakening of human intelligence and great technological breakthroughs. We have begun to move from the Newtonian "big law, small data" control era to Merton "big data," The third axis period of the transformation of the small law is the essential meaning of the Alpha go man-machine war. The development of industry and information technology over the past 200 years tells us that the intelligent technology as a new IT will lead and support the "positive and inclusive" globalization of intelligence and multi-win and inclusiveness, and make human life better. The new era needs new thinking, new ideas, new systems, new methods, new missions, too much to worry about artificial intelligence harming society, not to mention the natural process of history.
