【摘要】：針對火炮鏈傳動藥倉在運動過程中存在負載非線性變化、抖振、參數(shù)不確定、非線性摩擦等問題,提出了一種自適應滑�？刂撇呗�.通過對系統(tǒng)等效轉動慣量、擾動力矩等參數(shù)采取自適應估計,緩解了參數(shù)不確定性對模型的影響,使系統(tǒng)數(shù)學模型更加準確.采用新型雙冪次趨近律降低切換過程中系統(tǒng)的抖振現(xiàn)象,并對趨近參數(shù)進行自適應在線選取,進一步提高了趨近過程和切換過程的魯棒性.系統(tǒng)在不同負載下進行試驗驗證,結果表明,在該控制策略下,空載、半載、滿載的鏈傳動藥倉均具有較好的穩(wěn)定性和較高的控制精度,能夠保證電機輸出軸動態(tài)誤差小于2.5 rad,穩(wěn)定誤差小于0.8 rad.
[Abstract]:An adaptive sliding mode control strategy is proposed to solve the problems of nonlinear load variation buffeting parameter uncertainty nonlinear friction and so on. Through adaptive estimation of the equivalent moment of inertia and disturbance moment of the system, the influence of parameter uncertainty on the model is alleviated, and the mathematical model of the system is more accurate. A new double power approach law is used to reduce buffeting in the switching process, and adaptive on-line selection of approach parameters is carried out, which further improves the robustness of the approach process and the handover process. The system is tested under different loads. The results show that the chain transmission charge bin with no load, half load and full load has better stability and higher control precision under the control strategy. It can ensure that the dynamic error of motor output shaft is less than 2.5 radand the stability error is less than 0.8 rad.
