安全聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng)在加熱爐控制系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:安全聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng)(SIS)也叫緊急停車系統(tǒng)(ESD)。在石化企業(yè)的裝置中,充滿了有毒、易燃易爆的物質(zhì),易發(fā)生危險(xiǎn),因此設(shè)計(jì)一套安全聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng)來(lái)保護(hù)裝置及人員的安全十分必要。論文針對(duì)石化企業(yè)中的加熱爐控制系統(tǒng)裝置,在了解其工藝及設(shè)備特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,研究設(shè)計(jì)了一套安全聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng),對(duì)系統(tǒng)硬件選型及組態(tài)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)組態(tài)、冗余控制的實(shí)現(xiàn)、上位機(jī)與PLC通信的實(shí)現(xiàn)及上位機(jī)監(jiān)控界面(WiinCC)的設(shè)計(jì)做了詳細(xì)的介紹,主要工作有:(1)在分析了加熱爐控制系統(tǒng)裝置設(shè)備間的聯(lián)鎖關(guān)系后,針對(duì)焚燒爐、導(dǎo)熱油爐及其附屬重要設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)了緊急停車聯(lián)鎖邏輯,保護(hù)設(shè)備的安全。(2)通過比較不同SIS的結(jié)構(gòu),選用2塊西門子公司的CPU315-2DP作為系統(tǒng)的核心控制器,組成一個(gè)冗余SIS系統(tǒng),其CPU、ET200M遠(yuǎn)程I/O站及PROFIBUS網(wǎng)絡(luò)均為冗余結(jié)構(gòu),提高了系統(tǒng)的可靠性。(3)硬件設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)設(shè)備及緊急停車聯(lián)鎖邏輯的要求進(jìn)行I/O點(diǎn)的估算及依據(jù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式進(jìn)行存儲(chǔ)量的估算。硬件選用西門子S7-300系列的模塊化PLC,搭建了系統(tǒng)模型(硬件組態(tài))、建立了 PLC間基于MPI協(xié)議總線連接及PLC與PC機(jī)間基于OPC協(xié)議的以太網(wǎng)連接。(4)依據(jù)已設(shè)計(jì)的緊急停車聯(lián)鎖邏輯和符號(hào)變量進(jìn)行FBD編程,通過PLC SIM仿真器對(duì)程序進(jìn)行測(cè)試,保證加熱爐控制系統(tǒng)裝置發(fā)生事故時(shí)能夠及時(shí)聯(lián)鎖停車。(5)運(yùn)用WinCC組態(tài)軟件,完成系統(tǒng)組態(tài)、編程和數(shù)據(jù)管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控。
[Abstract]:Safety interlocking system (SISS) is also called Emergency parking system (ESD). The plant in petrochemical enterprises is full of toxic, flammable and explosive substances, which are prone to danger. Therefore, it is necessary to design a safety interlocking system to protect the safety of the device and personnel. Aiming at the heating furnace control system in petrochemical enterprises, a safety interlocking system is designed based on the understanding of its process and equipment characteristics. The hardware selection and configuration, network configuration and redundancy control of the system are realized. The realization of communication between upper computer and PLC and the design of monitor interface Wiin CCof upper computer are introduced in detail. The main work includes: 1) after analyzing the interlocking relationship between the equipment of heating furnace control system, aiming at the incinerator, By comparing the different SIS structures, two Siemens CPU315-2DP modules are selected as the core controller of the system to form a redundant SIS system. The CPU / ET200M remote I / O station and PROFIBUS network are redundant structures, which improve the reliability of the system. The hardware design can estimate the I / O points according to the requirements of the equipment and emergency parking interlocking logic and estimate the storage capacity according to the empirical formula. The module PLCof Siemens S7-300 series is used to build the system model (hardware configuration, the connection of PLC based on MPI protocol bus and the Ethernet connection between PLC and PC based on OPC protocol) according to the designed emergency stop. Vehicle interlocking logic and symbol variables for FBD programming, The program is tested by PLC SIM simulator to ensure that the reheating furnace control system can interlock and stop in time when the accident occurs. WinCC configuration software is used to complete system configuration, programming and data management, so as to realize remote monitoring and control.
