【摘要】：針對(duì)諸多通用報(bào)價(jià)方法在注塑模具用零件價(jià)格評(píng)估過(guò)程中存在的效率與精度等問(wèn)題,提出了基于反向傳播(Back Propagation,BP)神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的多專(zhuān)家報(bào)價(jià)模型.利用遺傳算法優(yōu)化BP網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)值和閾值抵御隨機(jī)參數(shù)引起的局部最優(yōu)解,同時(shí)對(duì)報(bào)價(jià)誤差的高斯分布規(guī)律進(jìn)行分析以確定理想的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu).通過(guò)多專(zhuān)家模型給出的多個(gè)報(bào)價(jià),提出了價(jià)格評(píng)估算法篩選合理報(bào)價(jià),避免單一模型報(bào)價(jià)的隨機(jī)性.經(jīng)過(guò)驗(yàn)證,該方法有較高的準(zhǔn)確性和效率,報(bào)價(jià)平均誤差約為6.90%.此報(bào)價(jià)模型降低了傳統(tǒng)報(bào)價(jià)的難度,并提高了其穩(wěn)定性.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of efficiency and precision in evaluating the price of parts used in injection mould, a multi-expert quotation model based on back propagation (BP) neural network is proposed. The genetic algorithm is used to optimize the weights and thresholds of BP network to resist the local optimal solution caused by random parameters. At the same time, the Gao Si distribution of quotation error is analyzed to determine the ideal topology. Based on the multi-expert model, a price evaluation algorithm is proposed to screen the reasonable quotation to avoid the randomness of the single model. It is proved that the method has high accuracy and efficiency, and the average error of quotation is about 6.90. This model reduces the difficulty of traditional quotation and improves its stability.
