基于運(yùn)動(dòng)控制器的立體倉庫堆垛機(jī)控制與管理系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:智能化立體倉庫對現(xiàn)代企業(yè)提高倉儲利用率和生產(chǎn)效率具有重要作用。針對自動(dòng)化立體倉庫中的運(yùn)動(dòng)控制、通訊、管理等問題,采用了具有高干擾能力的的運(yùn)動(dòng)控制器,接入工業(yè)控制網(wǎng)絡(luò),并配合射頻識別卡,完成立體倉庫的自動(dòng)控制。并以濟(jì)南時(shí)代新紀(jì)元科技有限公司立體倉庫為實(shí)際研究對象,開發(fā)了立體倉庫堆垛機(jī)控制和管理系統(tǒng),現(xiàn)場實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,設(shè)計(jì)的堆垛機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)能夠高效、準(zhǔn)確、穩(wěn)定的實(shí)現(xiàn)立體倉庫堆垛機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)控制,完成出入庫作業(yè);研發(fā)的管理系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對物流系統(tǒng)各設(shè)備有序管理和調(diào)度,達(dá)到無人值守,自動(dòng)完成焊機(jī)產(chǎn)品碼垛、AGV搬運(yùn)、自動(dòng)入庫、自動(dòng)出庫等作業(yè)任務(wù)的管理和協(xié)調(diào)調(diào)度。為企業(yè)節(jié)約人工成本、減少場地占用、提高出入庫效率、提高物流自動(dòng)化水平發(fā)揮重要作用。在深入分析國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合時(shí)代新紀(jì)元科技有限公司籌建的立體倉庫的規(guī)格和系統(tǒng)要求,對設(shè)計(jì)需求進(jìn)行了分析,并結(jié)合工廠實(shí)際,確定了立體倉庫運(yùn)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)和管理系統(tǒng)的總體組成方案和系統(tǒng)通訊解決方案。根據(jù)立體倉庫堆垛機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)組成方案,進(jìn)行了主要元器件的選型設(shè)計(jì),完成了立體倉庫堆垛機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)硬件電路的設(shè)計(jì),包括主電路的設(shè)計(jì)、伺服控制電路的設(shè)計(jì)、安全防護(hù)和故障報(bào)警電路設(shè)計(jì)、以及IO分配等;進(jìn)行了立體倉庫堆垛機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)軟件開發(fā),包括回參考點(diǎn)、手動(dòng)操作、手動(dòng)入庫、手動(dòng)出庫、自動(dòng)入庫、自動(dòng)出庫等功能模塊。開發(fā)了立體倉庫堆垛機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)人機(jī)界面。開發(fā)了包括立體倉庫在內(nèi)的焊機(jī)自動(dòng)物流系統(tǒng)的管理系統(tǒng)的軟件,包括AGV狀態(tài)監(jiān)測和交通管制模塊、碼垛機(jī)狀態(tài)監(jiān)測及控制模塊、堆垛機(jī)狀態(tài)監(jiān)測及控制模塊等。完成了管理系統(tǒng)人機(jī)界面設(shè)計(jì)。進(jìn)行了立體倉庫通訊系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),重點(diǎn)研究了高效通訊方式和實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控及斷線監(jiān)測的功能模塊。對所設(shè)計(jì)的立體倉庫堆垛機(jī)控制和管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場調(diào)試和功能、性能檢測實(shí)驗(yàn)、數(shù)據(jù)采集和結(jié)果分析,驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)的功能和性能,達(dá)到了用戶的要求。
[Abstract]:Intelligent stereoscopic warehouse plays an important role in improving storage efficiency and production efficiency of modern enterprises. In order to solve the problems of motion control, communication, management and so on, a motion controller with high interference ability is adopted to connect to the industrial control network and cooperate with radio frequency identification card (RFID) to complete the automatic control of the stereoscopic warehouse. Taking the three-dimensional warehouse of Jinan era New era Technology Co., Ltd as the actual research object, the control and management system of the stacker is developed. The field experiment shows that the designed stacker control system can be highly efficient and accurate. Stacker motion control can be achieved stacker operation is completed stacker operation is finished steadily the management system developed by R & D can manage and schedule every equipment of logistics system in an orderly manner to achieve unattended automatic welding machine product stacking and AGV handling. Management and coordination of tasks such as automatic storage, automatic exit and so on. It plays an important role in saving labor cost, reducing the occupation of space, improving the efficiency of entering and leaving warehouse and improving the level of logistics automation. On the basis of in-depth analysis of domestic and foreign related research documents, combined with the specifications and system requirements of the stereoscopic warehouse prepared by era New era Technology Co., Ltd., the design requirements were analyzed and combined with the actual situation of the factory. The overall composition and communication solution of the motion control system and the management system of the stereoscopic warehouse are determined. According to the scheme of motion control system of stacker crane in stereoscopic warehouse, the selection and design of main components are carried out, and the hardware circuit of motion control system of stacker crane in stereoscopic warehouse is designed, including the design of main circuit and the design of servo control circuit. Safety protection, fault alarm circuit design, IO distribution and so on, the software development of stacker movement control system of stereoscopic warehouse is carried out, including return reference point, manual operation, manual storage, manual exit, automatic storage, etc. Function modules such as automatic exit. The man-machine interface of the motion control system of stacker is developed. The management software of automatic logistics system of welding machine including stereoscopic warehouse is developed, which includes AGV status monitoring and traffic control module, palletizing machine status monitoring and control module, stacker status monitoring and control module and so on. The man-machine interface design of the management system is completed. The communication system of stereo warehouse is designed, and the efficient communication mode and the function modules of real time monitoring and disconnection monitoring are studied. The design of the control and management system for the stacker crane has been carried out field debugging and function, performance testing experiment, data acquisition and result analysis, the system has verified the function and performance of the system, and achieved the user's requirements.
