【摘要】:粘膠纖維是一種可再生資源,它不但彌補(bǔ)了天然纖維產(chǎn)量不足的缺陷,而且在質(zhì)量的某些方面優(yōu)于合成纖維,被廣泛應(yīng)用于生活,工業(yè)領(lǐng)域。隨著人類對纖維制品的性能要求逐漸提高,產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量高低影響著企業(yè)的發(fā)展與效益。以引進(jìn)奧地利LENZING公司的一種對粘膠纖維預(yù)烘干技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合本公司生產(chǎn)實(shí)際操作要求加以技術(shù)改造,替代了原濕開松工藝處理,彌補(bǔ)了原工藝對粘膠纖維開松效果差,布絲不均勻的缺點(diǎn),同時有利于纖維產(chǎn)品的穩(wěn)定回潮,避免了設(shè)備漏毛的浪費(fèi)現(xiàn)象。通過對粘膠纖維生產(chǎn)濕開松工藝流程簡介,闡述了工藝生產(chǎn)中存在的問題,對控制系統(tǒng)的整體方案進(jìn)行分析與選擇,結(jié)合對人身安全與現(xiàn)場設(shè)備保護(hù)的需求,提出系統(tǒng)控制要求與方案,完成對濕毛風(fēng)送電氣儀表控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,其中包括聲光報警系統(tǒng),安全聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng),電機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)。采用SIEMENS公司S7-400集散控制系統(tǒng),完成對DCS控制系統(tǒng)硬件與軟件的設(shè)計,包括硬件的選型與組態(tài)、控制聯(lián)鎖程序、上位機(jī)監(jiān)控,能夠滿足對過程生產(chǎn)的控制需求。濕毛風(fēng)送的主要設(shè)備均采用變頻控制技術(shù),不僅降低了能源消耗,還實(shí)現(xiàn)了平滑的調(diào)速控制,同時普遍應(yīng)用電氣與軟件的連鎖控制,生產(chǎn)得到了穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:Viscose fiber is a kind of renewable resource. It not only makes up for the shortage of natural fiber production, but also is better than synthetic fiber in some aspects of quality. It is widely used in life and industry. With the improvement of the performance requirements of fiber products, the quality of the products affects the development and benefit of enterprises. Based on a pre-drying technology of viscose fiber introduced from LENZING Company of Austria and combined with the practical operation requirements of the company, the technology was reformed to replace the original wet opening and loosening process, which made up for the poor opening effect of the original technology on viscose fiber. The inhomogeneity of cloth is also beneficial to the steady return of fiber products and the waste of equipment leakage. Based on the brief introduction of the wet opening and loosening process of viscose fiber production, the problems existing in the process production are expounded, the overall scheme of the control system is analyzed and selected, and the requirements of personal safety and field equipment protection are combined. The control requirements and schemes of the system are put forward, and the design of the control system of the wet hair air transmission electrical instrument is completed, including the acousto-optic alarm system, the safety interlocking system and the motor control system. The hardware and software of DCS control system are designed by using S7-400 distributed control system of SIEMENS company, including hardware selection and configuration, control interlocking program, upper computer monitoring, which can meet the control requirements of process production. The main equipment used in wet hair air transmission is frequency conversion control technology, which not only reduces the energy consumption, but also realizes the smooth speed regulation control. At the same time, the interlocking control of electric and software is widely used, and the production has been running stably.
