【摘要】：目的探討醫(yī)用膠片、報(bào)告自助打印系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用情況。方法醫(yī)用膠片、報(bào)告自助打印系統(tǒng)和圖像存儲(chǔ)與傳輸系統(tǒng)/放射學(xué)信息系統(tǒng)(picture archiving and communications system/radiology information system,PACS/RIS)連接,將計(jì)算機(jī)斷層掃描圖像排版后形成的電子膠片發(fā)送至PACS按需打印服務(wù)器,醫(yī)生研究判讀圖像后書(shū)寫(xiě)的電子診斷報(bào)告發(fā)送至RIS服務(wù)器內(nèi)保存,等待與之匹配的信息。患者在醫(yī)用膠片、報(bào)告自助打印系統(tǒng)終端的激光發(fā)射口處掃描條碼,檢索信息發(fā)回至PACS按需打印服務(wù)器和RIS服務(wù)器,將保存在服務(wù)器中的電子膠片和電子報(bào)告按條碼信息要求傳輸?shù)结t(yī)用膠片、報(bào)告自助打印系統(tǒng)的終端,即可按需自助打印膠片與診斷報(bào)告。結(jié)果 2015年2月2日—2016年6月2日有1.9%出現(xiàn)掃描條形碼后不能正常取膠片和報(bào)告。醫(yī)院CT室每天平均工作量200例次,3~4例次不能完成自助打印膠片和報(bào)告。結(jié)論膠片、診斷報(bào)告與條碼信息一一對(duì)應(yīng),杜絕了膠片、報(bào)告發(fā)放過(guò)程中"張冠李戴"現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生;同時(shí),也降低了登記臺(tái)護(hù)士和掃描技師的工作強(qiáng)度。
[Abstract]:Objective to discuss the application of medical film and self-printing system. Methods Medical film, report self-printing system and image storage and transmission system / radiology information system picture archiving and communications system/radiology information system PACS / RIS) connection, and send the electronic film formed by computer tomography image typesetting to PACS on-demand printing server. The electronic diagnostic report written after the doctor studies the image is sent to the RIS server for information to match. The patient scans the bar code at the laser emitter port of the self-printing system terminal in medical film, retrieves the information back to the PACS on-demand print server and the RIS server, The electronic film and electronic report stored in the server are transmitted to the medical film according to the bar code information requirement. The terminal of the self-report printing system can print the film and diagnosis report on demand. Results from February 2, 2015 to June 2, 2016, 1.9% of the samples were not able to take film and report normally after scanning bar code. The average workload of CT room in hospital was 200 cases and 3 times per day. 4 cases could not finish self-printing film and report. Conclusion the film, the diagnosis report and the bar code information correspond one by one, which prevent the phenomenon of "Zhang Guanli Dai" in the process of issuing the film, and at the same time, reduce the working intensity of the nurses and scanning technicians of the registration station.
