【摘要】：針對某型艦船出海期間牽引車故障多、維護(hù)難的問題,開發(fā)一種基于規(guī)則的牽引車故障診斷專家系統(tǒng)。介紹牽引車故障診斷專家系統(tǒng)的基本架構(gòu)、功能模塊,結(jié)合產(chǎn)生式規(guī)則給出知識庫與規(guī)則庫的結(jié)構(gòu),同時運用混合推理技術(shù)設(shè)計推理機(jī),詳細(xì)描述推理算法,利用Access數(shù)據(jù)庫和VB可視化編程技術(shù)實現(xiàn)專家系統(tǒng)。分析結(jié)果表明:該系統(tǒng)能夠較為準(zhǔn)確地判斷出故障原因并提出故障解決方法,維護(hù)簡單,實用高效,易于部隊接受。
[Abstract]:A rule-based fault diagnosis expert system for towing vehicle is developed to solve the problem that the towing vehicle has many faults and is difficult to maintain during the period of going to sea. This paper introduces the basic structure and function module of the tractor fault diagnosis expert system, and gives the structure of the knowledge base and rule base combined with the production rule. At the same time, the reasoning machine is designed by using the hybrid reasoning technology, and the reasoning algorithm is described in detail. The expert system is realized by using Access database and VB visual programming technology. The analysis results show that the system can accurately judge the cause of the fault and put forward the fault solving method, which is easy to maintain, practical and efficient, and easy to be accepted by the troops.
