【摘要】:采用溶膠凝膠法制備的Al摻雜ZnO納米粉末(AZO)。利用X射線衍射(XRD)和掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)表征樣品的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)和表面形貌。采用浸漬提拉法將該樣品制成旁熱式氣體傳感器,檢測其對不同氣體的響應(yīng)恢復(fù)特性。結(jié)果表明:Al摻雜ZnO表面粗糙,Al的摻雜能夠抑制ZnO晶粒增長。當(dāng)工作溫度為70℃、濕度為27%RH時,4.98wt.%Al摻雜ZnO對丙酮?dú)怏w具有很好的選擇性,電阻靈敏度達(dá)到了14 075,響應(yīng)和恢復(fù)時間分別為1 s和3 s。紫外光照射可明顯提高傳感器的氣敏特性,并降低工作溫度。
[Abstract]:Al doped ZnO nano-powders were prepared by sol-gel method. The crystal structure and surface morphology of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The para-thermal gas sensor was made by dipping Czochralski method, and its response and recovery characteristics to different gases were tested.
