【摘要】：語義選擇限制刻畫謂語對(duì)論元的語義選擇傾向,對(duì)自然語言的句法語義分析有重要作用,語義選擇限制知識(shí)的自動(dòng)獲取也成為一個(gè)重要的研究課題。鑒于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型在自然語言處理的很多任務(wù)中都有出色的表現(xiàn),該文提出基于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的語義選擇限制知識(shí)獲取模型,設(shè)計(jì)了引入預(yù)訓(xùn)練詞向量的單隱層前饋網(wǎng)絡(luò)和兩層maxout網(wǎng)絡(luò)。在漢語和英語的偽消歧實(shí)驗(yàn)中神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型取得了較好的效果,優(yōu)于基于隱含狄利克雷分配的模型。
[Abstract]:Semantic selection restriction depicts predicates' tendency towards semantic selection of arguments and plays an important role in syntactic and semantic analysis of natural languages. Semantic selection restricts automatic acquisition of knowledge as an important research topic. In view of the excellent performance of neural network model in many tasks of natural language processing, this paper proposes a neural network-based semantic selection restricted knowledge acquisition model. A single hidden layer feedforward neural network and a two-layer maxout network with pretrained word vectors are designed. In the experiments of false disambiguation in Chinese and English, the neural network model is better than the one based on implicit Dirichlet assignment.
