關(guān)于智能化鋼廠的討論——從物理系統(tǒng)一側(cè)出發(fā)討論鋼廠智能化

【摘要】:鋼鐵工業(yè)是典型的流程制造業(yè),制造流程是其物理特征。通過對(duì)鋼鐵制造流程內(nèi)在特征的研究,闡述了對(duì)鋼廠智能化的認(rèn)識(shí),探討了推進(jìn)鋼廠智能化的思路及其內(nèi)涵,包括智能化設(shè)計(jì)、智能化物流、智能化物質(zhì)流/能量流/信息流的組織與調(diào)控、智能化經(jīng)營和服務(wù)等。指出流程型智能化制造的物理系統(tǒng)要以動(dòng)態(tài)-有序、協(xié)同-連續(xù)運(yùn)行為其網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)及程序優(yōu)化的導(dǎo)向,并以此物理系統(tǒng)(流程系統(tǒng))為本體與智能化信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)融合,實(shí)現(xiàn)全廠性動(dòng)態(tài)運(yùn)行、管理、服務(wù)等過程的自感知、自決策、自執(zhí)行和自適應(yīng)。智能化鋼廠的建設(shè),需要深刻理解制造流程動(dòng)態(tài)運(yùn)行過程的物理本質(zhì),構(gòu)建起植根于流程運(yùn)行要素及其優(yōu)化的運(yùn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)、運(yùn)行程序的物理模型,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建全流程網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、層次化信息流模型。鋼廠智能化不只是數(shù)字信息系統(tǒng),必須高度重視物理系統(tǒng)的研究,必須是有物理輸入/輸出的物質(zhì)流網(wǎng)絡(luò)、能量流網(wǎng)絡(luò)和信息流網(wǎng)絡(luò)"三網(wǎng)協(xié)同"的信息物理系統(tǒng)。鋼廠智能化既要重視數(shù)字化信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的研發(fā),更要重視制造流程(物理系統(tǒng))中物質(zhì)流網(wǎng)絡(luò)、能量流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和運(yùn)行程序優(yōu)化,通過以制造流程物理系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和數(shù)字化信息系統(tǒng)相互融合來實(shí)現(xiàn)鋼廠智能化。
[Abstract]:Iron and steel industry is a typical process manufacturing industry, manufacturing process is its physical characteristics. Based on the study of the inherent characteristics of steel manufacturing process, this paper expounds the understanding of the intellectualization of the steel plant, and probes into the train of thought and its connotation of advancing the intellectualization of the steel plant, including intelligent design, intelligent logistics, etc. Intelligent material flow / energy flow / information flow organization and control, intelligent management and service. It is pointed out that the physical system of process-oriented intelligent manufacturing should be guided by its network structure and program optimization with dynamic and orderly, cooperative and continuous operation, and that the physical system (flow system) should be integrated with intelligent information network system, and the physical system (flow system) should be integrated with intelligent information network system. Achieve factory dynamic operation, management, service and other processes of self-perception, self-decision, self-execution and self-adaptation. In the construction of intelligent steel plant, it is necessary to deeply understand the physical essence of the dynamic operation process of the manufacturing process, to construct the physical model of the running program, which is rooted in the operation elements of the process and its optimization, and then to construct the network of the whole process. Hierarchical information flow model. The intellectualization of steel plant is not only a digital information system, but also a material flow network with physical input / output, energy flow network and information flow network. The intelligent steel plant should not only pay attention to the research and development of digital information network system, but also pay more attention to the structure optimization and operation program optimization of the material flow network and energy flow network in the manufacturing process (physical system). The intelligent steel plant is realized by optimizing the structure of the manufacturing process physical system and integrating the digital information system.
