【摘要】:隨著工業(yè)4.0時(shí)代的到來,智能化、自動(dòng)化已成為助推工業(yè)發(fā)展再次騰飛的關(guān)鍵因素,由其是在水泥產(chǎn)業(yè)。預(yù)均化堆場(chǎng)作為分散及存儲(chǔ)水泥的倉庫,在水泥的生產(chǎn)過程中起著至關(guān)重要的作用,但由于預(yù)均化堆場(chǎng)內(nèi)物料流動(dòng)性強(qiáng),變化性大,并且工業(yè)環(huán)境惡劣,粉塵密布,其體積測(cè)量技術(shù)很難達(dá)到自動(dòng)測(cè)量的程度。因此設(shè)計(jì)一套適用于預(yù)均化堆場(chǎng)內(nèi)物料體積自動(dòng)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)顯得尤為關(guān)鍵,使其準(zhǔn)確、快速、高效的完成物料體積測(cè)量結(jié)果與模擬三維成像圖的顯示。在預(yù)均化堆場(chǎng)物料體積自動(dòng)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)中,將從點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù)采集子系統(tǒng)中采集到的數(shù)據(jù),包括激光測(cè)距儀采集到的距離信息、水平步進(jìn)電機(jī)的距離信息、垂直步進(jìn)電機(jī)的角度信息及軌道段位信息,通過ESP8266無線模塊發(fā)射端按照一定的通信規(guī)約傳輸至數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)及顯示子系統(tǒng),在子系統(tǒng)的ESP8266無線模塊接收端接收后,將其按照約定的通信協(xié)議由以太網(wǎng)傳輸?shù)竭h(yuǎn)程服務(wù)器,并將其實(shí)時(shí)存入數(shù)據(jù)庫中,當(dāng)點(diǎn)云原始數(shù)據(jù)采集完成后,調(diào)用三維空間坐標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)換公式對(duì)其進(jìn)行處理,得到三維空間點(diǎn)云坐標(biāo)集,再經(jīng)散亂點(diǎn)插值算法擬合出掃描的整個(gè)曲面,并得到相應(yīng)的模擬三維成像圖及物料的體積信息,隨之將其存入MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫中,以方便企業(yè)員工進(jìn)行查詢。論文主要完成了該系統(tǒng)的整體設(shè)計(jì),在硬件方面實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、硬件電路組成模塊、芯片選擇、電路圖及PCB的設(shè)計(jì);在軟件方面采用C語言編寫了點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù)采集子系統(tǒng)、水平電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)子系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)及顯示子系統(tǒng)的程序,同時(shí)完成了系統(tǒng)通信協(xié)議設(shè)計(jì)、服務(wù)器程序設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)及客戶端軟件設(shè)計(jì),并采用Linux系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)端的數(shù)據(jù)庫訪問及界面顯示,采用Matlab完成了點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù)三維坐標(biāo)的轉(zhuǎn)換及空間散亂點(diǎn)插值算法的仿真與研究。為系統(tǒng)搭建了測(cè)試平臺(tái),進(jìn)行功能測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示,本系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)物料堆表面信息的數(shù)據(jù)采集、傳輸、處理、存儲(chǔ)、查詢及系統(tǒng)控制等功能,在實(shí)驗(yàn)室環(huán)境下該系統(tǒng)的準(zhǔn)確性、穩(wěn)定性均能滿足水泥企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)需求。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the industry 4.0 era, intelligence, automation has become the key factor to promote the development of industry, which is in the cement industry. The pre-homogenized yard, as a warehouse for dispersing and storing cement, plays an important role in the production of cement. However, due to the strong fluidity and variety of materials in the pre-homogenized yard, the industrial environment is bad and the dust is dense. Its volume measurement technology is difficult to reach the level of automatic measurement. So it is very important to design a set of automatic measurement system for material volume in pre-homogenized yard, which makes it accurate, fast and efficient to complete the results of material volume measurement and the display of simulated three-dimensional image. In the automatic measurement system of material volume in the pre-homogenized yard, the data collected from the point cloud data acquisition subsystem, including the distance information collected by the laser rangefinder and the distance information of the horizontal stepping motor, are included. The angle information and track segment information of vertical stepping motor are transmitted to the data forwarding and displaying subsystem according to a certain communication protocol at the transmitter of the ESP8266 wireless module. After receiving the information at the receiving end of the ESP8266 wireless module of the subsystem, It is transmitted from Ethernet to remote server according to the agreed communication protocol, and stored in the database in real time. When the original data collection of point cloud is finished, the coordinate transformation formula of 3D space is called to process it. The coordinate set of 3D point cloud is obtained, then the whole surface is fitted by scattered point interpolation algorithm, and the corresponding 3D imaging map and volume information of material are obtained, and then stored in the MySQL database. In order to facilitate the enterprise employees to query. The whole design of the system is mainly completed in this paper. In the aspect of hardware, the design of the mechanical structure of the system, the module of the hardware circuit, the chip selection, the circuit diagram and the design of PCB are realized. In the aspect of software, the program of point cloud data acquisition subsystem, horizontal motor driving subsystem, data forwarding and displaying subsystem is written in C language. At the same time, the system communication protocol design and server program design are completed. Database design and client software design, Linux system is used to realize database access and interface display of data forwarding terminal, and Matlab is used to complete the 3D coordinate transformation of point cloud data and the simulation and research of spatial scattered point interpolation algorithm. The test results show that the system realizes the functions of data acquisition, transmission, processing, storage, query and system control. In the laboratory environment, the accuracy and stability of the system can meet the production needs of cement enterprises.
