【摘要】：天基信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)海洋目標(biāo)監(jiān)視既要建立完善的天基海洋目標(biāo)監(jiān)視系統(tǒng),更要研究面向海洋目標(biāo)監(jiān)視的多源衛(wèi)星觀測(cè)信息融合技術(shù),提升海洋目標(biāo)監(jiān)視的廣域搜索、精細(xì)識(shí)別、持續(xù)監(jiān)視和快速響應(yīng)能力。分析了海洋目標(biāo)信息感知與融合中的海洋環(huán)境和海洋目標(biāo)特點(diǎn),在總結(jié)分析天基海洋目標(biāo)信息感知與融合的發(fā)展歷程和數(shù)據(jù)特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了天基海洋目標(biāo)信息感知與融合在平臺(tái)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、時(shí)空融合和信息融合等方面的技術(shù)突破途徑和未來(lái)發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Space-based information network ocean target surveillance should not only establish a perfect space-based ocean target surveillance system, but also study the multi-source satellite observation information fusion technology for ocean target surveillance, so as to enhance the wide area search and fine recognition of ocean target surveillance. Continuous monitoring and quick response capability. In this paper, the characteristics of marine environment and ocean target in the information perception and fusion of ocean objects are analyzed. Based on the summary and analysis of the development course and data characteristics of the information perception and fusion of space-based ocean targets, The approaches and future development of space-based ocean target information perception and fusion in platform network, space-time fusion and information fusion are presented.
