PIR傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)中行為軌跡重構(gòu)的幾何代數(shù)方法

【摘要】:基于高密度、低成本的PIR(Passive Infrared Detector)被動(dòng)式紅外探測(cè)器傳感器進(jìn)行人群行為軌跡的定位與重建是人群行為分析的重要方向.PIR傳感器通過(guò)0-1響應(yīng)確定附近是否有行人通過(guò),并通過(guò)不同傳感器響應(yīng)序列的時(shí)空序列關(guān)系實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)人群行為軌跡的識(shí)別與跟蹤.已有PIR傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法多從群體行為視角揭示人群運(yùn)動(dòng)的統(tǒng)計(jì)特征,在行為估算精度、不確定性等方面仍存在諸多問(wèn)題.本文針對(duì)PIR傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)中個(gè)人行為軌跡的重構(gòu)問(wèn)題,引入幾何代數(shù)工具,實(shí)現(xiàn)PIR傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)、時(shí)空響應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)序列和行為軌跡的代數(shù)化統(tǒng)一表達(dá),進(jìn)而以傳感器響應(yīng)的時(shí)空關(guān)系為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)連通性的判定.基于幾何代數(shù)算子構(gòu)建軌跡路徑的延拓與擴(kuò)展規(guī)則,并集成傳感器對(duì)軌跡的時(shí)空響應(yīng)關(guān)系構(gòu)建基于PIR傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)響應(yīng)序列數(shù)據(jù)的行為軌跡重構(gòu)算法.最后以MERL實(shí)驗(yàn)室連續(xù)觀測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)為案例,論證了方法的合理性與有效性.
[Abstract]:Location and reconstruction of crowd behavior trajectory based on high-density, low-cost PIR(Passive Infrared detector passive infrared sensor is an important direction of crowd behavior analysis. PIR sensor determines whether there is a pedestrian passing by 0-1 response. The identification and tracking of human behavior locus are realized by the temporal and spatial sequence relationship of different sensor response sequences. The existing PIR sensor network analysis methods often reveal the statistical characteristics of crowd movement from the perspective of group behavior. There are still many problems in the estimation accuracy and uncertainty of behavior. In this paper, aiming at the reconstruction of personal behavior trajectory in PIR sensor networks, a geometric algebraic tool is introduced to realize the algebraic unified representation of topology, spatiotemporal response data series and behavior trajectories of PIR sensor networks. Furthermore, the network connectivity is determined based on the temporal and spatial relationship of sensor response. The extension and extension rules of trajectory path are constructed based on geometric algebra operator, and the behavior trajectory reconstruction algorithm based on response sequence data of PIR sensor network is constructed by integrating the space-time response of sensor to trajectory. Finally, the rationality and validity of the method are demonstrated by taking the continuous observation data of MERL laboratory as an example.
